济南市区WebGis系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 GIS(地理信息系统)是利用空间数据资源的信息系统,它实现了空间数据与属性数据相结合,实现了信息的可视化。如何充分有效的利用地理信息资源,成为IT领域研究的重点,地理信息已经发展成为一个巨大的产业。WebGIS实际上是在Web上实现GIS功能,是一种基于Internet/ Intranet的技术标准和通信协议的网络化地理信息系统。GIS通过WWW功能得以扩展,真正成为一种大众使用的工具。WebGIS不仅开拓了地理信息资源利用的新领域,而且为GIS信息的高度社会化共享提供了可能。WebGIS作为数字地球的主要技术依托和载体,已经成为IT领域十分重要的研究方向本课题是济南市城市规划咨询服务中心为实现“数字济南”提出并实施的“济南市空间信息交换平台的设计与应用”项目的一个子课题,是实现“数字济南”工程的重点课题。本课题的目的是为实现“数字济南”工程建立一套面向公众的WebGIS模式的空间信息发布平台。系统采用B/S结构,为客户端、应用服务器、数据库管理服务器。客户端为通用浏览器,应用服务器包括Web服务器(IIS5.0)、GIS服务器(GeoMedia WebMap),数据库为access格式的空间数据库。本课题从济南市地理信息应用的实际出发,采用软件工程的基本设计思想解决济南市地理信息系统的WebGis应用问题,首先是需求分析,针对济南市的实际情况,分析真实的需求。然后是系统的概要设计,接着是系统的详细设计和实现,采用面向对象的设计思想对系统进行分析和设计,对每个功能模块进行详细的实现,最后对系统进行测试,投入运行。在整个项目中,本人主要负责济南市WebGis系统的空间数据库的设计、查询、分析模块和图形远程编辑模块设计、专题图的实现、以及界面设计。济南市区WebGis系统实现了基本图形操作、智能查询、地图信息发布、远程维护等功能,是“数字济南”工程的一个重要组成部分,系统在实际中运行良好,受到了相关人员的好评,为全面实施城市数字化工程,建设现代化的城市作出了应有的贡献。本课题对同类问题的解决也有很好的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the information times today, information has grown into the first precious wealth. How to make full use of information resources is the key issue for IT research. The information, which is directly or indirectly related geography space, is about 80% of all informations. GIS (Geography Information System) is one that utilizes spatial data resources. It combines spatial data with property data and realizes the visualization for information. So Geography information has developed into a tremendous industry.In fact WebGIS brings forth its GIS function on the basis of Web. It is a network geography information system that bases on the technology standard and communication agreement of Internet .GIS broadens itself by the function of WWW and really grows into a tool used by the masses. WebGIS not only cultivates new field of geography information system utilization, but also provides the possibility for highly socialized share in GIS.Being the main technology support in the earth of data, WebGIS has become a very important research direction in the field of IT.The paper mainly centers on the research and realization of“WebGIS system on the basis of GeoMedia Webmap”. Starting from the general concept, this paper further discusses the character of WebGIS and realization technology .The emphasized part is the study of information platform and realization technology in WebGIS system by using GeoMedia WebMap.The paper comes from the achievements of WebGIS prototype system based on GeoMedia WebMap.On the basis of that system, I have the following creative ideas:1、Finished the dynamic vector of spatial information.2、Designed and accomplished a complete set of spatial database for Jinan city.3、Realized the making of flexibly special topic map.4、Favored telecommuting edition of geometry.The paper ends with the saying that as stage achievements, the system has accomplished most of expected aims.
