【摘要】 排球运动在我国有着悠久的历史,自1905年传入中国以来就得到了广泛的传播,深受广大群众的喜爱,特别是中国女排在八十年代也取得过五连冠的辉煌战绩,给国人带来了莫大的荣誉,全国人民都为之振奋,但是近几年来我国排球运动成绩不尽人意,女排还能够跟世界强队相抗衡,男排在亚洲与日韩相比都处于下风,与世界强队相比差距更大。排球运动是集健身、娱乐、竞技为一体的现代竞技体育项目,有很强的健身娱乐功能,受广大人们喜爱和欢迎,在我国有着广泛的群众基础,而且有着自己的排球联赛和学生排球比赛,这为我国竞技排球的发展提供了良好的条件。但是近几年来,随着社会政治经济的不断发展,社会生活水平的提高,工作压力的加大,还有我国实行的计划生育政策后,独生子女家庭增多,多数家长不愿意自己的孩子以后从事竞技体育,造成排球人口减少,特别是在青少年年龄段的排球人口在不断减少,各级业余体校规模不断减小,有些业余体校直接撤销,专门从事排球运动的青少年规模不断减少,造成我国排球运动项目后备人才严重不足,竞技水平也出现不同程度的下滑。随着竞技排球的不断发展和竞争的加剧,排球运动后备人才培养是一支球队能否长盛不衰的重要保证,本文通过走访排球方面的专家教授,利用现场统计和对比赛录像的研究,对河北青少年男排在第七届城市运动会中与对手的九场比赛的攻防效果进行分析研究,将河北男排与对手的攻防技战术及相关因素进行分析,对河北男排攻防技战术能力的特点及存在的问题,进行有针对性的提出解决问题的方法和策略。调查结果表明:1.河北男排运动员的基本情况:在身高和网上高度上面,河北男排与对手相比有一定差异,在体重和克托莱指数上河北队和对手相比没有明显的差异。2.河北男排运动员在发球上面与对手存在明显的差异,河北男排在发球上存在发挥不稳定现象,发球主动失误过多,发球攻击性不强,对对手的一攻压制力不够。3.在一攻方面,在接发球上河北队与对手相比有一定的优势,在接发球到位率方面高于对手;二传队员在传球时求稳,缺乏合理的变化;进攻中多以强攻为主,进攻面窄,而且缺乏多点进攻。4.在防守方面,河北队与对手存在拦网上有很大的差距,特别在面临对方多点进攻时,河北队拦网顾此失彼;河北队在后排防守方面略占优势,在胜局和负局中后排防守效果明显,在一定程度上说明河北队后排防守队员发挥不稳定,直接影响到比赛的胜负。河北队与对手在防反能力上存在反击得分率低,反击失误高,进攻无攻过网多,河北队与对手在防反得分能力上还存在差距。更多还原

Volleyball is set for the fitness and entertainment, competition for the integration of modern athletic sports, have very strong fitness entertainment function by the people, love and welcome, in our country has a broad mass base, and have their own volleyball league and students volleyball match, this is the development of China’s competitive volleyball provides good conditions. But in recent years, along with the social and political development of economy, raise the level of social life, of actuating pressure increase, and our country executes family planning policy, the single-child family increase, most parents don’t want their own children engaged in competitive sports after, cause volleyball population decline, especially in youth ages in shrinking population volleyball at all levels of amateur who will decrease, some amateur scale who specialized in revocation, directly volleyball movement youth scale unceasingly, reduce to result in the volleyball sports reserve talented person severity shortage, the competitive level also appear different degree of decline. With the continuous development of competitive volleyball and increasing competition, volleyball, sports reserve talented person cultivation is a team can be an important guarantee of longevity, this article through visit the volleyball expert professor, use of field statistics for the game and the research of hebei, video NanPai teenagers in the seventh city games in the nine games with opponents of the reactive effect is analysed, the hebei NanPai and opponents of attack tactics and related factors were analyzed, the hebei NanPai tactics and the characteristics of the attack ability, problems existing in targeted solution methods and strategies. Survey results show that:1. The basic situation of hebei NanPai athletes in height and online height above, hebei NanPai compared with rivals have different, in weight and g’s on \"HeBeiDui and rival index than no clear differences.2.
