【摘要】 新闻传播应该反映社会生活的完整性和真实性。负面新闻报道作为新闻传播的一部分当然必不可少。传播实践和生活经验告诉我们,对负面新闻信息的报道更容易激发人们的新闻欲望和兴趣,更能引起人们的关注和参与,从而更加容易产生强烈的社会反响和新闻效应。因此,成为了媒体在市场中的“兵家必争之地”。但值得注意的是传播效果和负面新闻报道所产生的话语意义都与受传双方和传播过程有关,在此环节中,任何一个因素出现问题都会产生负面影响。若是对其不加分析,视其为“害群之马”而一律否定和排斥的话,则必将与时下的舆论环境南辕北辙;若对其不加限制而大肆跟风炒作的话,则会引发一系列不可控性的连带效应,带来难以估量的社会危害。可这不是负面新闻报道所特有的,所以负面新闻报道不一定就产生负面效果。只要正确区分开“负面新闻信息”和“负面新闻报道”,端正传播的指导思想,采取合适的报道角度、表现手法,并注意选择恰当的报道时机,完全可以弱化其负面功能而彰显其正面意义。本文试着从负面新闻概念的界定入手,结合新闻报道实例,分析负面新闻备受关注的原因,指出负面报道的认识误区,最后总结出负面新闻的积极意义和负面效应,对其功能做出理论思考,进而指出应该如何正确认识和对待负面新闻报道。从而探索出一条既符合受众口味又不违背新闻原则的负面新闻报道的和谐发展之路。以期为媒体塑造自身形象,提高媒体公信力提供理论指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 News Communication should reflect the social life of integrity and authenticity. Negative News Reports as part of News Communication of course, essential. The practice of Communication and experience of life tells us that the information on the Negative News Reports easier to arouse desire and interest in people, more cause for concern and participation, more prone to the strong effect of social reaction and news. Thus, become a“battleground”of the Media in the market. But it is worth noting that Communication effects and word meaning of Negative News Reports are both related to communicators and recipients and also process of Dissemination. That is, any factor occurred wrong will have a negative impact. If it does not to analysis, consider that is the“black sheep”and reject, then certainly will Poles apart from environment of nowadays Public opinion; if wantonly follow the trend without restrictions, then this will trigger a series of uncontrollable cascade effect, and will bring immeasurable harm to society. But these are not unique to the Negative News Reports, so the Negative News Reports do not necessarily have a negative effect. As long as accurately distinguish“bad news”and“Negative News Reports”, correct the Guiding ideology of communication, take suitable angle of News Reports and performance practices, and pay attention to choose the appropriate report time can weaken the negative function and to show its positive factor. This article try to start from define the concept of Negative News, with News Reports instances of Negative News analysis of the causes of concern, pointing out the misunderstanding of Negative News Reports, concluded that the positive significance of the Negative News and negative effects, to do the theoretical consideration of its function, then point to how to correctly understand and deal with Negative News Reports. To explore a road, not only meet the audience tastes, but also not contrary to the principle of Negative News Reports news harmonious development.
