高中生物教师课堂决策个案研究

【摘要】 随着新课改的进行,教师决策有所增权,参与决策范围越来越大。在不同层级的课程实施中,教师都有专业的判断和决策。作为一名专业教师,应具备相当水平的决策能力,这是教师维持正常教学的基本前提。但是,任何层次的课程改革最终都是要通过教师的课堂实践来实现的,而教师又是课堂的决策者和执行者,因此对教师课堂决策的研究是很有必要的。另外,新课改的推行,对生物课堂的改进和研究越来越多。而新课程的理念已经改变了高中生物课堂教学的目标,如对学生学习过程的重视、对学生情感态度价值观培养的加强等,这些目标要能够实现,最终将体现在高中生物课堂教学方式的改变。为了从课堂角度揭示新课改实施现状,进一步探究中学生物教师课堂决策参考系的构成和构建,运用个案研究的方法,对现目前中学生物教师的课堂决策现状进行调查研究;研究发现高中生物教师对于课标要求的教学目标理解比较准确,但是这些目标在课堂的执行之中,与骨干教师相比较青年教师显得更加困难。

【Abstract】 With the new curriculum Reform, the teacher decision-making power has increased, increasing the scope of participation in decision-making. At different levels of curriculum implementation, teachers have the professional judgments and decisions.As a professional teacher should have a considerable level of decision-making capacity, it is teachers teaching the basic premise of maintaining normal.However, any level of curriculum reform is to pass the final classroom practice of teachers to achieve, and teachers is the classroom decision-makers and executor, therefore, the study of classroom decision-making is necessary.In addition, with the new curriculum Reform, the improvement of biological classroom and research are more and more. And advanced new curriculum theory has changed the goal of teaching high school biology class, such as the importance of student’s learning process,the strengthening of student’s emotional attitudes develop values,etc. If these goals can be achieved ,it will eventually be reflected in the high school biology classroom teaching changes.In order to reflect the new curriculum from the perspective of the implementation of the classroom situation, in order to further clarify the composition and constructionthe of the high school biology teachers in classroom decision-making structure , making high school biology teachers classroom Investigation is necessary.
