供应链环境下的库存管理系统的建模

【摘要】 随着经济的全球化,企业竞争越来越激烈。要想建立竞争优势,必须将供应链管理提升到企业经营管理的战略高度来对待,而对供应链管理环境下库存控制及相关活动的研究,是供应链管理的重要内容之一。因此,库存管理的内涵也由企业只注重自身的库存转向对整个供应链的库存的控制了。长期以来,人们将库存理解为资源的储备或暂时性的闲置,认为库存的作用是由于“储备”而存在,或者因“闲置”而存在。在供应链环境下,库存是企业之间或者是部门之间没有实现无缝连接的结果。因而库存管理的真正本质不是一种静态的库存技术,而是针对企业的业务过程中工作流的管理。通过加强供应链管理环境下的库存控制可以提高供应链的系统性与集成性,同时可增强企业的敏捷性与响应性。本文将首先分析供应链环境下的库存管理的现状,然后结合国内外企业实践经验及理论研究成果,讨论几种先进的供应链库存管理模式,包括VMI模式、JMI模式和多级库存优化等。接下来,重点对多级库存优化模式下库存管理系统进行分析建模,并利用面向对象的统一建模语言UML——当前使用最广泛的一种软件建模语言,给出系统的包图、用例图、顺序图、协作图、类图、对象图、状态图、活动图和配置图等等。本文采用UML作为分析设计语言,充分体现面向对象的设计思想,并构建供应链环境下库存管理系统的设计模型,这将为多级中心化库存管理模式的实施成为可能。

【Abstract】 With economic globalization, increasing competition of enterprises. To create a competitive advantage, supply chain management must be treated up to strategic enterprise management, and inventory control in supply chain management research and related activities, is one of the important elements of supply chain management. Therefore, the connotation of inventory management by enterprises only pay attention to their inventory has turned to the whole supply chain inventory control.A long time, people think of stocks as resource reserves or temporarily idle, that inventory as is the role of "reserve", or "idle" exists. In the supply chain, inventory is an enterprise or between departments is no seamless connection between results. Inventory management inventory techniques for the real essence is not a static, but rather for enterprise business process workflow management. Through enhanced inventory control in supply chain management environment can improve system performance and integration of supply chain, while enhanced business agility and responsiveness.This article will be the first analysis of the status of inventory management in supply chain, and practical experience and theoretical research of domestic and international enterprises, discusses several advanced supply chain inventory management models, including VMI model, JMI style and multi-stage inventory optimization, etc. Next, focus on inventory management system in multi-stage inventory optimization model for analysis modeling and using object-oriented Unified Modeling Language UML------is currently the most widely used a software modeling language, give the system package diagram, use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, collaboration diagrams, class diagrams, object diagrams, state diagrams, activity diagrams and configuration, and so on.Using UML for analysis and design language in this article, will fully reflect the object-oriented design concepts, build a blueprint for the design of inventory management in supply chain system, implementation of a multilevel Center inventory management mode is possible.
