【摘要】 基层劳教工作民警作为公务员组成的一部分,其工作成效在一定程度上影响和制约着政府公共安全管理水平的提高。但由于社会、职业特征和个体等多方面的原因,在基层劳教工作民警中出现了不同程度的职业倦怠。基层劳教工作民警的职业倦怠不仅不利于劳教场所安全稳定的局面,影响劳教工作教育矫治质量,还将损害民警自身的心理健康,严重影响劳教场所职能的发挥,对公共安全管理造成隐患。因此,缓解基层劳教工作民警职业倦怠的问题应该从增加社会支持、强化组织管理和个体预防三个方面着手,这不仅有利于其职业倦怠的克服,而且有利于政府形象的改善和政府对公共安全管理水平的提高,同时有利于促进社会的安定和谐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Basic civilian police of labor re-education is part of civil servants, and to a certain extent, the work effectiveness has impact and constraint on the improvement of the management level of government public security. But for the reason of society and professional characteristics and individual or others, there appear different levels of job burnout among basic civilian police of labor re-education. Job burnout of basic civilian police of labor re-education not only does harms to the.safe and stable situation of the work camp, but also damages police’s physical and psychological health and seriously influences the function of the work camp and causes hidden trouble in the management of public security. Therefore, we should ease the job burnout of basic civilian police of labor re-education from three aspects:the increase of social support, the reinforcement of organization management and individual prevention.It will not only facilitate the elimination of job burnout, but will also contribute to the improvement of government image as well as its management of public security and the social stability and harmony.更多还原
