【摘要】 中央多次提出要形成终身学习的学习型社会,构建终身教育体系,实现全民学习。学习型社区的建设对学习型社会的构建起着推动作用,在计算机网络技术飞速发展的背景下,利用信息技术,以数字化为切入点,是社区教育建设未来的发展趋势。面对信息数量的急剧增长和终身学习观念的深入人心,数字化社区教育资源的服务已经成为教育领域研究的重要课题。数字化社区教育资源的建设和服务对于满足社区用户的教育需求,提高我国社区教育水平,加速教育信息化进程,构建现代国民教育体系和终身学习体系都具有重大现实意义。本文对国内外数字化社区教育资源服务的研究进行综述,总结数字化社区教育资源服务建设方面的重要经验。以数字化教育资源的相关理论、服务理论和相关理念原则作为理论基础,探讨数字化社区教育资源服务体系的构建内容与对策。首先,在数字资源服务理念的指导下,对数字化社区教育资源服务体系的总体构架相关因素进行分析,并对各个组成部分进行描述。其次,对数字化社区教育资源服务体系的构建内容进行一定深度的探讨,包括数字化社区教育资源服务的组织和结构、数字化社区教育资源的服务平台、数字化社区教育资源的整合开发和利用、数字化社区教育资源的管理和服务、数字化社区教育资源服务的保障体系。最后,基于对数字化社区教育资源服务体系自上而下的分析,作出总结和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The government has advocated to construct the learning type socity for many times, whose process is accelerated by the set-up of learning community. With the evolvement of the information technology, it is the mainstream for community education to take advantage of digitalization. Nowadays, the resources service for digital community education has become an important topic in educational research for the construction and service of digital community educational resouces is playing a paramount role in meeting the educational needs of community users, promoting educational level, establishing the lifelong educaton system.Based on the literature view of the studies on digital community educational resouces service at home and abroad, the paper summarizes the main experiences of the service construction and proposed the details and contermeasures of the service system under the guideline of relevant theories and principles.Firstly, the framework and its components are analyzed.Secondly, deep researches are given on the consturction of service system, including the mechanism and structure, service platform, resources integration and development, resouces management and service, maintenance and evaluation.Fianlly, conclusion and prospect are given through the detailed analysis of the service system.更多还原
