基于数据挖掘的课程考核与分析决策系统的设计和实现

【摘要】 随着我国高校的蓬勃发展,高校教学和课程改革也全面开展,课程考核与分析决策是实现改革重要形式,如何降低课程考核的工作量,如何做到课程考核的全面性、科学性,提高课程考核结果的利用率,能够为教学和课程改革提供决策,一直是很多院校和教育工作者思考的问题。本文尝试探索一种新的课程考核模式,并将课程考核以及课程考核数据分析决策引入到Web系统中,旨在降低教师考核工作量,使考核成绩能全面的体现学生的综合能力,通过课程考核的海量数据可以得出课程总体教学效果、单个学生学习情况、学习态度情况、团队合作情况、课内外知识点学习情况等,并针对分析结果给出合理的调整策略,供学生、教师以及管理者参考。本文首先对教学和课程改革背景、课程考核与分析决策研究现状和发展现状、数据挖掘技术现状和发展现状等问题进行了分析,对系统涉及到的数据挖掘、ASP.NET等技术进行了介绍。然后深入研究了课程考核模式,提出了课程考核与分析决策系统模型,分析了系统性能要求以及功能需求,设计实现系统,并将C4.5决策树算法和关联规则Apriori算法应用到系统中,从考核海量数据中挖掘出有利于教学和课程改革的决策方案。论文最后在总结研究成果的基础上指出了研究的不足以及期望。

【Abstract】 With the great development of colleges in our country, the reform of teaching and curriculum there is overall carried out, course assessment and analysis of decision are important forms to achieve reform. How to reduce the workload of the course assessment, do a course evaluation comprehensively, scientifically, improve the usage of course assessment results, offer decision to the reform of teaching and curriculum, has been a question that many schools and educators think about for many years._This article attempts to explore a new mode of course examination, and will introduce courses examination and courses examination data analysis decision into Web systerm, aim at reducing the workload of teachers’examination, makes examination results can fully reflect integrated ability of students.This mode can get overall teaching effect, performance of individual, learning attitude, team cooperation and learning situation of all the students inside and outside of class through analyzing mass data of course examination, then give reasonable adjustment policy based on the analysis results for the students, teachers and managersThis article first analyzes the background of teaching and curriculum reform, present status of curriculum evaluation and annalysis of decision and their future development as well as data mining technology, give an introduction of data mining, ASP._NET related to the systerm, then have an in-depth study of courses examination mode, come up with a model of course assessment and systerm of analyzing decision and an analysis of system performance requirements and functional requirements, design an implementation of systerm, and apply C4.5 decision tree algorithms and the associated rules of Apriori algorithm to it, finally collect decision strategy which is conducive to teaching and curriculum reform from checking out mass data. Last, this thesis demonstates the inadequate research results and expectation on the basis of analyzing all the conclusions of research results.
