《淮南子》行政伦理思想探析

【摘要】 二十世纪七十年代行政伦理作为一门系统的学科产生于西方国家,我国的行政伦理研究始于二十世纪九十年代,较于西方国家晚了二十余年。然而,我国的行政伦理思想却有着悠久的历史,是中国传统思想的重要组成部分。淮南王刘安召集宾客编著的《淮南子》是一部以治国安民为主要内容的旷世奇书,它立意高远,结构谨严,企图建立一套适合大一统的新兴国家需要的完整的社会治理体系,以谋求封建统治的长治久安,其中蕴含着丰富的行政伦理思想,是研究中国古代行政伦理发展脉络的重要著作。本文试图构建完善的《淮南子》行政伦理体系,对其行政伦理思想进行提炼、归纳总结和进一步的阐释,提取其中有积极意义的部分与我国当下的行政伦理建设问题进行结合,将几千年前的思想精华古为今用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Administrative ethic produced in the 1970s as a System discipline in western countries.The study of Our nation’s Administrative ethic began in the 1990s, late 20 years more than western countries. However, Administrative ethic thought has a long history in China.It is the important part of traditional ideas. Huainan Wang LiuAn called the guests and compiled Huai Nan Zi, the content of Huai Nan Zi is about governing the country and the people.It is a great book with high structure.It attempt to establish a social governance system which suit the need of thought-unification emerging countries,and intact to seek the peace and order of the feudal rule.Huai Nan Zi contains rich administrative ethic thought, it is the important book which study on development vein of Chinese ancient administrative ethics.This paper tries to constructing perfect administrative ethic system of Huai Nan Zi Abstraction,summarization, and further explanation its administrative ethics thoughts, extracting its positive significance and combined with Construction administrative ethics in present.Make the thought essence before thousands of years serve the present.更多还原
