气象信息接收和LED广播显示系统设计

【摘要】 气象信息接收和LED显示系统是将公共气象预警无线终端安装在城市和农村的公共场所或者人口聚居地等位置,气象局通过手机或电脑登陆应急管理平台将预警动态、预警提示、预警指令等资讯实时发布到预警终端上进行发布,预警终端在城市及乡镇可以安装LED显示屏,以文字信息的形态显示;在农村地区可以使用广播站,以高音大喇叭广播的形式发布预警信息。本文探讨了气象信息接收和LED显示系统的设计。本系统的主要设计功能包括:通过GPRS/GSM模块从公共移动通信系统或者通过USB端口接收气象信息;在LED显示屏上显示气象信息;通过语音合成和音频功放实现对气象信息的音频广播。本系统包括5个主要硬件模块:CPU模块,GPRS/GSM模块,LED屏模块,USB端口模块和音频功放模块。LED屏数据接口和行扫描模式设计为2种:08接口和1/16行扫描64*32单元板;12接口和1/4行扫描32*16单元板。本文设计了基于两种行扫描模式的屏组件,数据流,控制板的数据接口组,和接口扩展。本系统的软件设计包括6个主要模块:启动和初始化,GPRS/GSM接收,USB接收,LED显示数据收集,LED显示,语音广播。测试结果表明达到预期设计功能。

【Abstract】 A weather message receiving and LED display system is designed to install public weather broadcasting terminals in downtown and suburb areas; the weather bureau distributes weather forecasting information such as weather status, reminder, and instructions to terminals instantly; the terminals display the information in text format by using LED screens in downtown areas, or broadcast the information via voice by using high-power speakers.We present the design of a weather message receiving and LED display system. Main functions of the system include:receiving weather messages from public mobile communication systems or from USB port through the GPRS/GSM module; displaying weather messages on the LED screen; audio broadcasting of weather messages using text-to-speech (TTS) and audio power amplifier.The system is composed of 5 major hardware modules:CPU module, GPRS/GSM module, LED display module, USB port module, and audio power amplifying module. LED display data interfaces and line scan modes include:08 interface with 1/16 line scan 64*32 unit board; 12 interface with 1/4 line scan 32*16 unit board. We design the LED screen composition based on the two line scan modes, data flow, data interface group of control board, and interface extension.Programming design for the system consists of 6 main modules:boot and initial process, GPRS/GSM receiver, USB receiver, LED display data collection, LED display, and voice broadcasting.The results show that our proposed system had good performance and achieved the expected goals
