地方高校大学生就业指导工作探析

【摘要】 伴随着中国改革的步伐,我国高校的改革也在不断进行中。高校毕业生的就业机制从原来的计划分配已转变为以市场为导向的用人单位与学生之间的双向选择。全国高校的层次在改革中变得更加多元,地方高校的数量增长迅速就是其中的一个重要特征。毕业生的自主就业、地方高校毕业生数量锐增、以及地方高校毕业生在人才市场竞争中所存在的一系列弱势,决定了当前地方高校大学生就业指导工作的意义很大,其成败直接关系到地方高校的自身发展和社会的稳定。当前,地方高校毕业生的初始就业率较低,就业质量较差,学生蜷缩在地方就业市场及就业的流动性较大等就业现状成为地方高校就业工作中的困惑。为此,地方高校必须要构建合理的就业指导机构,建立专业化的就业指导队伍,开设系统化的就业指导课程,采取多样化的就业指导方式,开展个性化的就业指导服务,采取一系列有效的就业指导工作对策。结合地方高校的特点和独特优势,探索和创新地方高校的就业指导工作。可以利用区域优势开展就业指导,利用地方政策开展创业教育,利用学历空间开展升学教育,利用校友资源提高就业实效。希望在常规工作的基础上积极开拓思路,争取地方高校大学生就业难的局面早日实现突破。

【Abstract】 With the pace of reform of China, the reform of colleges and universities is underway. The employment system of undergraduates is changing from planned allocation system to market-oriented two-way choice employment mechanism. The administrative levels of colleges and universities become more diverse. The number of local colleges and universities is growing rapidly, that is one important feature. Finding a job on his won, the number of local college and university undergraduates being increasing rapidly, and the disadvantages of local college and university undergraduates in the fierce competition for jobs make it very important to do career guidance work at present. Its success or failure will directly influence the steady development of local college and university and social stability.At present,local college and university’s career guidance is faced some difficulties, such as the low initial employment rate,the poor employment quality,most undergraduates are curled up in local employment market and the bigger fluidity of employment situation. Therefore,local college and university should build the rationalization of career guidance structure,train a professional career guidance team, set up a systematic career guidance courses, and should take specific countermeasures such as to take a variety of career guidance,to carry out personalized career guidance services.Combined with the unique characteristics and advantages of local colleges and universities, this paper tries to explore and to innovate the ways of career guidance. The local college and university should use regional advantages to do career guidance, use local policy to do entrepreneurship education, use academic space to carry out further education, and use alumni resources to improve the effectiveness of career guidance. The author tries to explore new ideas on the basis of regular work and expresses the hope that a breakthrough to the difficult employment situation of local college and university will come soon.
