有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 传统的涤纶织物亲水整理,虽然能赋予涤纶织物较好的亲水性,但是并不能较好地改善其手感。本课题在传统涤纶亲水整理剂研制的基础上有所改进,制备了一种新型的有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂并应用于涤纶织物的亲水柔软整理,旨在使整理织物的亲水性和手感都得到较大改善。1、采用本体聚合工艺,以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和饱和水蒸气为原料,四甲基氢氧化铵为催化剂,制备了一种小分子端羟基硅油。2、以小分子端羟基硅油,对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT),聚乙二醇(PEG),乙二醇(EG)为原料,醋酸锌和三氧化二锑为催化剂,制备了有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂。3、采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、热分析(TG-DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等测试手段对有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂和小分子端羟基硅油的结构和性能进行表征。4、通过优化合成工艺,得出有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂的优化合成工艺为:对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT),聚乙二醇(PEG)2000及小分子端羟基硅油的用量分别为占单体总质量的8%,70%,20%,酯交换反应的温度和时间分别为180℃和3h,缩聚反应的温度和时间分别为260℃和2h。5、探讨了有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理剂在涤纶纤维织物上的应用,结果表明,亲水整理剂的用量为30g/L,焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为2min时,整理织物的亲水性和柔软性较好6、经有机硅改性亲水聚酯整理的涤纶织物具有良好的亲水性和抗静电性,手感有较大改善,水洗30次后整理效果基本不下降,整理效果耐久性较好,整理后涤纶织物的撕裂强力和断裂强力稍有下降。

【Abstract】 Now the hydrophilic finishing of polyester fabrics on the market can make the finished fabric achieve good hydrophilic, but its handfeel can not get improved considerably. This topic based on the traditional polyester hydrophilic finishing methods and improved , developed a new kind of hydrophilic polyester finishing agent modified by organic silicone. Applying to polyester, aiming to make both hydrophilic and handfeel improve greatly.1. Using bulk polymerization process, while octamethylcy-clotetrasiloxane and saturated steam as raw materials, tetramethyl-ammonium Hydroxide as catalyst, to make a small molecule end hydroxy silicone.2. Using the end hydroxy silicone, DMT, PEG and EG as raw materials, zinc acetate and antimony trioxide as catalyst to make organsilicone-modified hydrophilic polyester finishing agent.3. Characterizing the structure and performance of organsilicone- modified hydrophilic polyester finishing agent and end hydroxy silicone with FTIR, Raman, ~1H-NMR,TG-DTA,SEM and XRD etc.4. The optimized synthesis process of organsilicone-modified hydrophilic polyester finishing agent was followed: the dosage of DMT ,PEG2000and hydroxy silicone was 8%,70%and 20% of total quality of monomer respectively. The ester exchange reaction temperature was 180℃and time for 3 hours., respectively. Polycondensation reaction was happened at 260℃for 2 hours.5. Researching the application of organsilicone-modified hydrophilic polyester fabric finishing agent on polyester fabric, the results showed that at 170g/L the dosage of hydrophilic finishing agent , 160℃for baking temperature and 2min baking time, the treated fabric’s hydrophilic, softness and finishing effect durability were much better. 6. The polyester fabric finished by the organic silicone modified hydrophilic polyester has good hydrophilic and antistatic properties, handfeel has improved considerably. After washing 30 times the finishing effect didn’t change, that was the effect durability was good. Meanwhile the tear strength and breaking strength presented a slight decline.
