三维卷曲结构真丝新材料的结构及力学性能模拟研究

【摘要】 本课题通过特殊的物理加工以及化学药液对普通真丝进行改性处理,制备了三维卷曲结构真丝新材料,研究了三维卷曲结构真丝新材料的结构及其力学性能。改性后的三维卷曲结构真丝具有良好的弹性伸长率和弹性回复率,能有效解决了真丝易皱的问题。探讨了处理温度、处理时间以及药液浓度对三维卷曲结构真丝新材料的断裂强度、断裂伸长率以及弹性伸长率的影响。得出最佳工艺为:药液浓度为1.41Kg/m3、处理温度为95℃、处理时间5min。利用Maxwell元件、线性弹簧和非线性弹簧组成的四元件非线性粘弹模型,对三维卷曲结构真丝新材料的拉伸性能进行测试和分析,结果表明:实测数据与理论曲线相符,该模型可以预测三维卷曲结构真丝新材料的拉伸性能。利用三元件力学模型对三维卷曲结构真丝的应力松弛和蠕变性能进行了模拟,结果表明:三元件力学模型能够很好地模拟三维卷曲结构真丝材料的应力松弛和蠕变性能。

【Abstract】 By both special physical and chemical processing, a new silk material with three-dimensional coil structure was formed. Study on structure and mechanical properties of the three-dimensional crimp silk was carried. The elastic elongation and elasticity recovery rate of silk with three-dimensional crimp structure were improved after modification, which effectively solved the problem of silk easy to wrinkle reduction.The effects of processing temperature, time and the concentration of chemical on the structure of three-dimensional crimp silk were respectively discussed in following aspects, breaking strength, elongation of new materials and the impact of the elastic elongation.The optimized technics were: the liquid concentration is 1.41Kg/m~3, the treating temperature is 95℃and the treating time is 5min.A four-parameter non-linear viscous elastic model, consisting of Maxwell,linear spring and nonlinear spring elements, was proposed for the first time to test the tensile properties of three-dimensional crimp silk. It was proved that theoretical expectations and experimental results were consistent. Models therefore can predict the silk tensile properties of new materials.Meanwhile, mechanical model of three-component simulation of stress relaxation and creep properties of three-dimensional crimp silk was applied first. Results showed that mechanical model of three-component can be a good simulation of stress relaxation and creep properties of the material.
