低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂的开发与应用研究

【摘要】 传统的氨基硅油整理后的织物柔软性良好,平滑,富有弹性,手感舒适且耐洗。但是经其整理的织物,特别是化纤、混纺类织物的吸湿性差,穿着闷热,服用性能大大降低,并且织物容易泛黄;而聚醚硅油整理后的织物吸湿性良好,抗静电性能优异,克服了织物穿着时易带静电,吸尘,闷热的缺点,但是柔软性和手感比较差。为解决以上问题,综合氨基硅油和聚醚硅油的优劣,本课题采用本体聚合的方法,在端含氢硅油主链上引入聚醚以及亚氨基基团,制备出低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂。由于织物经一般柔软剂整理后,手感和亲水性两者存在矛盾,本课题合成的低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂,能在保证织物手感和亲水性较好的前提下,大大改善了织物的泛黄现象。1.采用本体聚合的方法,以含氢硅油,活性聚醚和N,N—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为原料,甲苯为溶剂,氯铂酸-异丙醇为催化剂,在端含氢硅油主链上引入聚醚以及亚氨基基团,合成出了低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂乳液。2.通过FTIR、H-NMR、TG-DTA、SEM、Zeta电位和粒径分析等测试方法,表征了低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂的结构和性能。3.实验表明:反应温度100℃,反应时间10h,催化剂用量为0.5mg/kg,物料配比为含氢硅油:活性聚醚:N,N—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺=1.5:1:1时,合成的低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂整理织物时,能赋予织物较好的亲水性,较低黄变性,以及优良的柔软性和丰满的手感,耐洗性亦好。4.低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂整理涤纶织物的优化工艺条件为柔软剂用量为100 g·L-1、焙烘温度是160℃、焙烘时间是3min。5.涤纶织物分别经低黄变亲水性有机硅柔软剂和高氨值的氨基硅油整理后可以发现,低黄变亲水性氨基硅油在保证了织物超柔软的基础上,抗黄变性和亲水性亦大大提高,达到染整各方面加工的要求。

The finished fabric by silicone polyether has good moisture absorption, anti-static performance, when wearing the fabric is easy to overcome with static electricity, dust, hot and shortcomings, but the softness and feel relatively poor. To solve the above problems, comprehensive amino silicone oil and the advantages and disadvantages of silicone polyether, The subject of the bulk polymerization method used, the end of the introduction of hydrogen silicone oil in the main chain amino group of polyether and Asia to prepare a low-yellowing hydrophilic silicone softener. Since fabric softener after finishing the ordinary, feel, and there is contradiction between the two hydrophilic, the subject of low-yellowing synthetic hydrophilic silicone softener, fabric handle and can be hydrophilic to ensure good premise, has greatly improved the fabric of the yellowing phenomenon.1. By bulk polymerization approach to hydrogen silicone oil, reactive polyether, and N, N-methylene bisacrylamide as raw materials and toluene as solvent, chloroplatinic acid - isopropanol as a catalyst in the main terminal hydrogen silicone oil The introduction of polyether chains and the amino group of Asia, was synthesized by a low-yellowing hydrophilic silicone softener emulsion.2. The configuration and properties of the low-yellowing and hydrophilic Silicone Softener were characterized by FTIR, TG-DTA, SEM, TEM, Zeta electric potential and particle size analysis.3. Experiments show that: reaction temperature 100℃, reaction time 10h, the amount of catalyst 0.5mg/kg, the material ratio of hydrogen silicone oil: reactive polyether: N, N-methylene bisacrylamide = 1.5:1: 1, the synthesis of low-yellowing hydrophilic silicone softener finishing fabric, the fabric can give a better hydrophilic, low yellowing and good softness and fullness of feeling, is also a good washing resistance.4. Low-yellowing hydrophilic silicone softener finishing polyester fabric softener optimum conditions for the amount of 100 g ? L-1, the curing temperature is 160℃, baking time is 3min.5. Fabric fabrics were treated with low-yellowing hydrophilic silicone softener and high ammonia values can be found after finishing amino silicone oil, low-yellowing hydrophilic amino silicone oil in ensuring the fabric on the basis of ultra-soft, anti-yellowing and pro-Water is also greatly improved, reaching all aspects of dyeing processing requirements.
