双电源自动切换系统的设计

【摘要】 双电源自动切换系统广泛应用于航空航天测控、航空管理、通讯系统、电厂、医院等重要场所。本设计利用ARM微处理芯片、采样电路、TFT显示屏等构成双电源自动切换系统,实现对常用、备用电源的自动切换。确保用电的连续性、可靠性。电压有效值的精确测量是判断电源是否正常的一个重要依据。本文采用了一种新型的电压有效值测量方法来提高了有效值测量的精度。此外,为了提高电路的可靠性,在设计的过程中加入了两级防雷电路。本文旨在设计一款以32位Cortex-M3芯片STM32F103RBT6为处理控制核心的双电源自动切换系统,根据外部电压、频率采样电路采集的数据为理论依据,通过STM32F103RBT6微处理芯片进行算法编程,将两路电源的状态、电压有效值、频率、相位等相关数据显示于TFT屏幕上,供用户准确判断两路电源的真实状况,同时控制断路器实现两路电源的切换控制。整个控制系统分为四大部分:(1)外部采样的读取;(2)数据信号的处理;(3)电压有效值的精确测量;(4)电机的控制。本文给出了系统的试验的波形和结果,并且对此作了分析。实验表明,整个系统有效的提高了电能质量及供电连续性和可靠性,具有良好的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Double power supply switch system widely used in aerospace, aviation, communication and control management system, the power plant, hospitals, and other important place. This design using ARM micro processing chip, sampling circuit, TFT display screens, etc constitute a double power supply switch system, the realization of common, the automatic backup power supply switch. To ensure the continuity of the power and reliability.The precise measurement of the effective value judgment is whether the power of the normal a important basis. This paper adopted a new method to improve measuring voltage RMS the RMS the accuracy of measurement. In addition, in order to improve the reliability of the circuit, in the design process to join the two levels of lightning protection circuit.This paper aims to design a 32 bit Cortex-M3 chip for processing the core to control the STM32F103RBT6 double power supply switch system, according to an external voltage, frequency sampling circuit of the data collected as the theory basis, through the STM32F103RBT6 micro chips for algorithm programming, two of the power supply voltage state road, RMS, frequency, phase and related data shown in TFT screens, for user exactly two way the real condition of power supply, and the control circuit breaker two way of switching power supply to realize control.The whole control system is divided into four parts: (1) the external sampling read; (2) data signal processing; (3) the precise measurement of the RMS voltage; (4) motor control.This paper gives the system test of the wave and results, and this was analyzed. Experiments show that the whole system effectively improve power quality and power supply continuity and reliability, has the good application value.
