基于SPC和DMAIC的产品质量改善研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济的发展,全球化竞争不断加剧,经济环境的不确定性愈发明显,这就迫使企业把竞争的焦点转移到产品质量上来。同时,企业也逐渐认识到质量工作应该从源头抓起,逐渐把质量控制工作的重心转向减小和消除各种波动。质量工作的核心是预防,己成为质量工程领域的主要目标。在产品制造过程中,产品质量特性值总是波动的。由偶然因素造成的波动对产品质量的影响很微小,但在生产过程中始终存在,是不可避免的;而由异常因素造成的波动对产品质量影响很大,并可以通过制程改善而避免。因此,在生产过程中,需要重点关注产品质量的异常波动,并要尽快查明异常原因,做出改善,消除异常因素的影响,最终达到稳定状态。统计过程控制SPC ( statistica1 Process Control )可以有效的减小和控制制造过程中的质量波动,它主要应用统计技术对生产过程进行监控,并对生产过程中的异常趋势做出预警,以便生产管理人员及时采取措施,消除异常,恢复生产过程的稳定。尽管SPC技术可以有效的监控制造过程中的异常波动,然而却不能指导现场工作人员和管理人员及时准确的找出异常波动的来源。配合DMAIC(定义、测量、分析、改进、控制)五个阶段构成的过程改进方法,就能收到很好的控制效果,DMAIC是一种有效的发现问题根源的实用方法,如果利用DMAIC建立知识库,并将其与SPC控制图的监控过程相结合,当制造过程中出现异常波动时,利用DMAIC发现波动根源,及时采取措施消除异常波动,避免不合格半成品流入下一道工序,达到“预警”式质量控制。因此,本文在对SPC与DMAIC的分析方法进行研究的基础上,给出了基于制造过程的质量控制应用模型,以生产流程为研究对象,通过建立一个面向制造过程的质量控制系统,将SPC与DMAIC质量分析工具有效地结合起来,并将其应用到具体的电缆生产过程中。应用结果表明,该方法对于制造过程中产品质量的控制是有效的。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of global economy and globalization the competition become more and more intensely, this will forced companies to focus on product quality competition. Meanwhile, the enterprise also gradually realized the key element to keep good quality is do things good at the very beginning, gradually reduce the gravity toward and eliminate various fluctuations. Prevention becomes the core of Quality works, which has become the main target of quality engineering.In products manufacturing process, product quality characteristic value is always fluctuations. It’s minor affect for product quality from causal factors, but in production process always exists, is inevitable, by abnormal factors causing fluctuations in product quality impact, and by process improvement can be avoid. Therefore, in the process of production, need to focus on the quality of products and the abnormal fluctuations will soon find out abnormal reason, make improvement, remove abnormal factors, and achieve finally stable state.Statistica1 SPC (statistical Process Control Process Control) can effectively reduce and Control Process of manufacture quality fluctuation, it mainly used statistical techniques to the production Process monitoring, and to the production Process of abnormal trends and warning, so that production management personnel take timely measures, remove abnormal, restore the production Process stability.Although the SPC technology can monitor production process of abnormal fluctuations effectively, but not yet instruct on-site staff and management personnel timely and accuratly to find the source of abnormal fluctuations. If we can cooperate to apply the quality improvement methods SPC, FMEA and DMAIC (definition, measuring, Analyze, Improve, Control) five stages constitute process improvement method, it can get very good Control effect, SPC, FMEA and DMAIC are effective tools to find out root cause, using DMAIC found fluctuation root causes, take measures to eliminate abnormal fluctuations timely, avoid unqualified semi-finished products into next procedure, to achieve "warning" type quality Control.Therefore, based on the analysis of DMAIC and SPC technology and method on the basis of investigation here we defined production process application model which is based on manufacturing process quality control, as the research object, by establishing manufacturing process quality control system, makes DMAIC SPC technology and quality analysis tools combined together effectively. and its applicated into cable manufacturing process. The production results show us that this method for manufacturing process and product quality control is effective.
