【摘要】 随着医疗体制改革和医疗保障体制改革的不断深入,社区卫生服务已成为我国深化医疗体制改革和解决群众看病难,、看病贵的一项政策措施。随着社会、经济的发展,人类疾病谱的改变,以及人们自我保健和防病意识的不断提高,人们对卫生保健的需求也呈现全方位、多层次、差异性。但我国的社区卫生服务机构提供服务模式还是以政府主导为主,提供服务内容在很大程度上共性化。因此,了解现有社区卫生服务提供的内容和质量,居民的满意度及需求意愿,对于开发社区卫生服务潜力,有针对性的开展和逐步拓展卫生服务的内容,最大限度的满足居民的全方位需求有着重要的意义。本文以苏州市平江区白塔卫生服务中心作为研究案例,对社区居民对卫生服务的利用现状和需求意愿做了调查分析,并对服务满意度评价做了适度研究,以期对本地区社区卫生服务体系的建立和完善提供政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening reform of health care and health care system, community health services has been the vital countermeasure to cope with the medical treatment of the community inhabitants . As the development of the social and economic, the consciousness of self health care and prevent disease has been enhanced with the change of human disease spectrum, and the demand of health care has been indicated the characters of all-round, multi-level and difference. Furthermore, the model of community health services had been headed by government. Thus, it is important to find out the present content and quality in the community health services center, to finger out the satisfaction and needs of the residents. If this was done well, it would play an important role during the development of community health services and the satisfaction of the residents. The article took the Baita Community Health Services Center as the example, which did a survey on the present utilization and the demand will of the community health services. Meanwhile, it analyzed the evaluation of service satisfaction in a probable way and suggested some countermeasures to build and perfect the system of community health services.更多还原
