圆弧蜗杆与斜齿轮传动在汽车门锁中的应用

【摘要】 在动力传动中,蜗杆传动是一种普遍和简单的方式,它以传动比大、承载能力高、冲击载荷小、传动平稳、易实现自锁等一些优点在国防、冶金、造船、建筑、化工等行业得到大量的使用。但由于其相对滑动的速度较大、摩擦因数较高、润滑效果不好、发热量大、从而使传动效率低下。同时,制造蜗轮时需要蜗轮滚刀或用特制的刀具铣削(俗称单刀或多刀飞削),前者加工的成本高,后者加工的效率精度低。如果把蜗杆传动中的蜗轮用斜齿轮代替,则可以发挥圆柱斜齿轮的很多优点,例如加工方便、快捷、效率高,运用到工程中,可以有效提高生产效率和降低生产成本。本课题在研究蜗杆与斜齿轮传动的基础上展开了对圆弧蜗杆与斜齿轮的分析。本课题的任务是对圆弧蜗杆与斜齿轮的传动进行理论分析和其在汽车门锁中的应用研究。以求对圆弧蜗杆与斜齿轮传动的原理和应用有一个初步的了解。在理论分析方面,阐述圆弧蜗杆与斜齿轮传动的啮合原理,建立了圆弧蜗杆的齿面方程式。在汽车门锁中的应用方面,按照我国标准建立圆弧蜗杆的齿面参数方程和蜗轮蜗杆的啮合方程,采用三坐标测量仪测量国外样锁,通过曲面拟合的方法得出圆弧蜗杆齿形参数,然后进行优化。在汽车门锁中对圆弧蜗杆和斜齿轮的参数进行了计算并通过校核,运用现代三维软件对圆弧蜗杆与斜齿轮进行了建模仿真,仿真结果表明,圆弧蜗杆与斜齿轮传动的参数设计合理,证明其在汽车门锁中的可用性。开展圆弧蜗杆传动与斜齿轮的研究,具有重要的理论意义,和一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Worm drive is a simple power drive.The driving have been massive used in the national defense, the metallurgy, the shipbuilding, the building, the chemical industry by having big velocity ratio, high bearing capacity, small impact load, transmission is steady, easy to realize self-locking and so on.But the relative sliding speed is big, the rubbing factor is high, the lubrication effect is not good, the calorific capacity is big, therefore,causing the transmission efficiency to be low.Meanwhile ,the worm gear to be maked have to need the worm gear hob either (is named single tool or multi-knives with the specially made cutting tool milling flies truncates), the former processing cost is high, the latter processing efficiency precision is low.If with the helical gear substitite for the worm gear in worm drive, may display the merit of column helical gear convenient ,quick and higher efficiency to be processed..utilized in the project may enhance the production efficiency effectively and reduce the production cost.Researching on the basis of worm and helical gear drive the arc worm and helical gear drive will be studied in the topic.In order to has a preliminary understanding to the circular arc worm and the helical gear transmission.The theoretical analysis and applied research in the automobile door lock of arc worm and helical gear drive be studied is duty of topic.In the aspect of theoretical analysis, the meshing principle of arc worm and the helical gear transmission be elaborated and the tooth face equation be established.In the aspect of application in automobile door lock, circular arc worm tooth profile parameters are measured by using the three coordinates measuring instrument and tooth face parametric equation and the worm gear worm meshing equation will be established according to our country standard.The helical gear parameters are designed and examed.using the modern three dimensional software to the circular arc worm and helical gear carried on Modeling and simulation,the result of simulation had indicated the parameters design of circular arc worm and helical gear transmission was reasonable,proving it to be feasible used in the automobile door lock.
