【摘要】 重视党的基层组织建设是马克思主义政党的一个显著特征,根据不同历史时期的任务和要求,充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,发挥党员的先进性作用,是我们党在长期的革命、建设与改革实践中不断取得胜利的一条宝贵经验。新世纪新阶段,在高校中进行基层党组织党员教育创新的研究具有一定的理论意义和实践价值,是时代提出的客观要求、是遵循高校党的建设规律的内在需要,也是创新工作的实践课题。本文立足于对当前我国高校党员教育情况的全面、客观的分析,并借鉴、整合已有的相关研究成果,在对高等学校党员教育现状进行广泛调查分析的基础上,结合影响高校党员教育的宏观和微观因素,从理论层面对以往研究相对薄弱的高校党员教育创新性问题进行深入剖析,寻找问题存在的内在原因和解决策略,从而形成了对增强高等学校基层党组织党员教育实效性具有指导意义的建议。通过本项研究使作者更深刻地认识到,高等学校基层党组织党员教育创新是一个值得深入探索的重要课题,关于这个问题的研究,也会随着党建工作进展的理论创新、实践创新和制度创新,使相关研究更加深入和细化。就目前国内的相关研究状况来看,本文具有一定的创新性学术价值和实际应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is one of the notable features of Marxism political parties to pay great attention to the construction of grassroots party organizations. In various historical periods with different tasks and requirements, making full use of the fight fortress function of grassroots party organizations and the advanced nature of Party members is an invaluable experience in the continuing victory obtained by our Party in the long-term revolution, construction and reform. In this new era of this new century, it is of great theoretical significance to study the innovative education of Party members from grassroots Party organizations in tertiary institutions. This is an objective requirement proposed by the era, the inner necessity of party construction in tertiary institutions, and a practical subject of innovative work.This study gives a general definition of "education of Party members from grassroots Party organizations in tertiary institutions". It is pointed out in this study that the education of Party members in tertiary institutions is not only an important part of the construction of Party organization but also the essential part of our Party in cultivating and recruiting Party members in tertiary institutions. The concept of Innovative Education of Party Members is created. It becomes obvious the importance and urgency of strengthening and improving the education of Party members in grassroots Party organizations in tertiary institutions.Future research trends of the innovative study on the education of Party members from grassroots Party organizations in tertiary institutions should be carried out in more details with the Party’s theory innovation, practice innovation and system innovation.
