巷道动载显现规律及其控制对策

【摘要】 本课题以煤矿动压对巷道破坏为背景,建立动载传播数学模型,利用双启动让压管控制围岩初期变形及动压释放,取得如下成果:(1)围岩变形过程中储存弹性能,根据格里菲斯强度理论,当应力达到围岩的抗拉强度时,围岩产生拉破坏,释放出储存在围岩中的弹性能。本课题基于连续介质弹性动力学,将围岩拉破坏看做点震源的集合,在此基础上建立点震源在弹性岩体中传播力学模型,并运用数学物理方法,对该数学模型进行求解,求出应力与位移表达式。(2)基于有限元求解理论,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,建立巷道几何模型,施加相应的约束荷载及动力荷载,对地下岩体进行显式结构动力学分析,模拟结果显示该点震源以球面形式向外传播。(3)对右旋等强锚杆螺纹和左旋滚丝锚杆螺纹进行螺纹对比分析,分析得出滚丝锚杆的扭矩效率远远高于右旋等强锚杆。分析左旋无纵肋滚丝预应力锚杆支护系统、右旋全螺纹等强锚杆,并对其锚固力进行了对比,通过实验得出左旋螺纹杆体锚固力比右旋高。针对巷道动载,设计双启动让压管,该构件有利于控制巷道开掘初期围岩变形,同时有利于吸收回采过程中的围岩能量释放,对冲击型巷道具有较好的控制作用。双启动让压管进行工程应用显示,动压条件下巷道支护效果良好。

【Abstract】 Basing on the background of tunnel disater, we build the spread of mathematic dynamic model and use the dual boot rock bolt to control the surrounding rock, the following summaries were concluded.(1)At the beginning of surrounding rock deformation, when the tensile strength is reached, the rock will produce tensile fracture, the elastic energy resilience will be released. In view of the continuation media of elastodynamics, we will regard the tensile fracture as point source and build the spread elatic energy mamathematics model in elastic rock, we use the methods of mathematical physics to solve this mathematical model and get the expression of stress and displacement.(2)On the basis theory of finite element, using the software of ANSYS/LS-DYNA, we build the geometrical model of tunnel,exerte the constraint load and the dynamic loading on it and perform explicit structural dynamics analysis for underground rock mass, the result show that the numeration is the same as analytic solutions.(3)Comparing the thread of identity intensity anchor bolt and roll silk rock anchor bolt, we conclude that the efficiency of roll silk rock anchor bolt exceed the intensity anchor bolt. We analyse levorotatory no longitudinal rib roll silk pre-stress anchor supporting system, dextral all-thread etc strong bolt and compare the anchorage force of two kind rock bolt, we get the result that the anchorage force of levorotatory threaded rod body is higher than the dextral’s. It is indicated that the dual boot let pressure pipe is good for the energy release of tunnel digging, which also is good for the absorbation of energy release of surrounding rock. We analyse the engineering use of dual boot rock bolt, the result show that supporting effect is good under the dynamic load.
