柔性基层沥青路面的应用研究

【摘要】 柔性基层沥青路面结构的破坏模式主要是面层一定厚度范围内的功能性破坏,在使用年限内不会产生结构性破坏,只需在表面层进行一定的预防性养护和罩面,这将极大解决传统半刚性基层导致的沥青路面的各种早期病害,特别是解决薄沥青层半刚性基层路面的结构耐久性差、使用寿命短的问题,避免大的结构性重建,而且在以后路面的修复中,柔性基层材料可以完全被利用,不但可以大大降低维修费用,节约能源,而且可以减少环境污染,体现了极大的经济效益和社会效益。本文首先分析了柔性基层沥青路面结构的特点、国内外应用情况及其在长寿命路面结构中的应用,指出了柔性基层沥青路面结构具有较好的力学性能,并且在国外已经得到广泛的应用,最近几年在我国多个省市也得到了应用,值得进一步的研究。然后,应用ANSYS有限元程序模拟了半刚性基层沥青路面结构、组合式沥青路面结构和柔性基层沥青路面结构在标准轴载下的力学响应,对比分析了三种路面结构的位移变形、平面应力分布、剪应力分布和竖向应变分布情况。接着,通过分析沥青路面的主要破坏类型和国内外设计指标,应用Bisar3.0计算分析柔性路面结构在超载作用下的路表弯沉值、水平应力、应变、剪应力和路基顶面压应变,建立了柔性基层沥青路面结构的设计指标。最后,根据建议的柔性基层沥青路面结构的设计指标,通过分别研究面层、基层的合理厚度,基层模量和土基模量对沥青面层层底拉应力、面层剪应力和路基顶面压应变的影响,研究了柔性基层沥青路面的合理结构。为柔性基层沥青路面在我国的推广应用起到了一定的推进作用。

【Abstract】 The main failure mode of asphalt pavement with flexible base is not structural damage but functional destruction in a special range, just needed preventive maintenance and overlaying in the surface over the useful life. This will greatly solve the premature fracture damage of traditional asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base, especially the poor durability and short service life problems, avoid big structural reconstruction. And flexible base materials could be fully utilized in the future repairmen, which not only can greatly reduce maintenance costs and save energy, but also can reduce environmental pollution, reflecting great economic benefits and social benefits.This paper first analyzes the characteristics, domestic and foreign present application of the asphalt pavement structure with flexible base, and its application for permanent pavement structure. Point out that asphalt pavement structure with flexible base has good mechanical properties, has been widely used in abroad, and also been used in several domestic provinces recently. Deserve further study.Then, using ANSYS finite element program analyze the mechanical response of asphalt pavement structure with flexible base, semi-rigid base and combined base. Analyze the displacement deformation, plane stress distribution, shear stress distribution and vertical strain distribution of these three asphalt pavement structures under the standard axle load.Through the analysis of the major damage types and design index at home and abroad of the asphalt pavement, and the calculation and analysis of the deflection value, horizontal stress, strain and shear stress and compressive strain on the embankment top under the heavy-duty traffic, build the design index of asphalt pavement structure with flexible base.Finally, according to the suggestion design index of asphalt pavement structure with flexible base, through study the reasonable thickness of road surface and flexible base, effect of mechanical response of pavement structure by the modulus of flexible base and by the modulus of subgrade. Study the appropriate structure of asphalt pavement with flexible base.Play a certain boost for popularization and application of asphalt pavement structure with flexible base in our country.
