【摘要】 受国际金融危机的影响,当代大学生的就业面临着前所未有的压力和挑战,而近几年来每年持续走高的大学生就业人数、就业市场出现的结构性矛盾,更使大学生的就业工作面临严峻的困难。高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,是现代化建设的重要生力军,做好高校毕业生就业工作,是促进经济发展和社会和谐的重要举措。近年来,各地区、各有关部门认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院的决策部署,工作取得了明显成效,高校毕业生就业形势总体保持稳定,预计“十二五”期间,高校毕业生数量仍将持续增长,促进高校毕业生就业任务依然十分繁重。党中央国务院要求：各地区、各有关部门要继续把高校毕业生就业工作摆在首位,进一步加大工作力度,多渠道开发就业岗位,完善相关政策措施,切实加强就业服务,千方百计促进高校毕业生就业。随着就业形势的不断严峻,当代大学生已逐渐意识到在大学中获得生存技能的重要性,这其中不仅包含宽广的专业知识、扎实的理论基础、良好的合作能力、流利的外语水平等方面的技能,更多的大学生提出了职业规划的个性化需求,他们希望在大学期间能获得规范科学的职业生涯教育,来满足踏上社会后的多元要求,乃至今后终身学习的技巧。而当今世界经济全球化,我国的对外开放不断扩大,社会主义市场经济深入发展,国内外各种思潮交错,对当代80后、90后的大学生思想价值观产生了极大地冲击,他们不再满足传统的惯性思维,更多地探索从第三媒介中获得新知；他们不再拘泥于课堂的灌输,更多地希望从实践中掌握本领,这些都使我们的思想政治教育的任务变得复杂而艰巨；既有挑战而又需创新。《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》(以下简称《意见》)中明确指出：加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,提高他们的思想政治素质,把他们培养成中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,对于全面实施科教兴国和人才强国战略,确保我国在激烈的国际竞争中始终立于不败之地,确保实现全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的宏伟目标,确保中国特色社会主义事业兴旺发达、后继有人,具有重大而深远的战略意义。因此,探索新形势下如何提高大学生思想政治教育的有效性和针对性,拓展工作的新方法、新载体就显得尤为重要。从21世纪开始,我国大学生职业生涯规划教育进入了快速发展新阶段,尤其是近几年在严峻的就业形势下,大学生们越来越感到及早进行职业生涯规划的重要性。不仅能结合各种因素,为自己确立职业方向、职业目标,选择适合自己的职业道路,而且通过将合理的职业生涯规划付诸实施,大学生的职业能力也能得到极大的提高。在职业选择和规划的过程中,大学生们的人生观、价值观也能得到不断的升华,逐渐地会将自己的人生发展目标和国家社会的发展目标相协调相一致,进而使我们的思想政治教育的目标向实际生活实现真实回归,最终实现大学生的全面发展。因此将大学生职业生涯教育与思想政治教育相融合,是以大学生全面发展为目标,增强和提高思想政治教育针对性、实效性的有效途径,是将解决大学生思想问题与解决实际问题相结合,激发大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我体验的新方法,是顺应时代发展和满足社会和谐需求的新趋势。更多还原
