炭质页岩边坡生态稳固技术研究

【摘要】 国内对炭质页岩边坡的防护已有了较多的研究。但是目前对炭质页岩普遍采用挂网喷混凝土、浆砌片石封闭护坡和锚杆锚索护坡,这样虽然能够对边坡形成有效防护,但是与高速公路的生态环保理念相差甚远;而有些针对对炭质页岩的生态防护却偏重于植被的生长和景观的效果,忽略了边坡的浅层稳定问题。本文以广西六寨到宜州的高速公路为依托,针对炭质页岩边坡的浅层稳定性问题和生态护坡做了以下工作:(1)对炭质页岩边坡工程的性质进行研究通过对炭质页岩进行两种不同条件下的室内崩解试验,找到影响炭质页岩崩解特性的主要因素,并对炭质页岩的崩解机理进行分析,探讨崩解循环次数与崩解特性的关系。(2)通过试验对高分子聚合物对炭质页岩的改性效果做出评价。(3)利用FLAC3D计算软件,对某边坡在开挖过程中的应力场、应变场、位移场等参数进行分析,研究分级开挖前后边坡的稳定性。(4)通过对高分子聚合物固化剂的改性效果试验发现聚丙烯酸酯乳液对炭质页岩的粘结性和防水性良好,可作为边坡防护材料。对现场四种不同形态的炭质页岩的松散堆积物进行高分子聚合物的试验研究,并对它们的改性效果和改性机理进行分析。通过试验配制出适合于防护炭质页岩的边坡的固化剂配合比。(5)对固化后的炭质页岩边坡进行植被防护,采用合适的喷混植生配合比及相应的施工工艺对炭质页岩边坡进行防护。

【Abstract】 Domestic carbonaceous shale slope protection has been researched for a great deal of times. But the current widespread use of carbonaceous shale of hanging sprayed concrete, mortar rubble slope protection and closed bolt and cable slope, so even though it can form an effective protection of the slope, but which is far away from the concept of environmental protection falls of highway; and some of carbonaceous shale for ecological protection is biased towards the growth of vegetation and landscape effects, ignoring the shallow slope stability. This paper based on highway of Liuzhai to Yizhou in Guangxi, which for carbonaceous shale shallow slope stability and ecological slope protection to do as following:(1) Two different indoor collapse under test are carried on in order to research the carbonaceous shale slope engineering properties of carbonaceous shale, which can find the main factors of the properties of carbonaceous shale disintegration ,and talk about the relationship among the mechanism of disintegration of shale, disintegration and cycles of collapse characteristics.(2) Evaluations are made through the test of polymer modification on the effect of carbonaceous shale.(3) The stress field, strain field, displacement field and other parameters in the excavation of a slope were analyzed using FLAC3D computing software, in order to study the classification of slope stability before and after excavation.(4) Acrylic emulsion adhesive of carbonaceous shale can be used as slope protection for its good water resistance, which proved through polymer modification effect of curing agent was found that and. Four different forms on-site carbon loose shale deposits of the test polymer are test, and modification of their effects and mechanism of modification are carried on. The curing agent is mixed by test which suitable for protective carbonaceous shale in the slope.(5) For cured carbonaceous shale slope, vegetation protection, use the appropriate mix spray sowing and the corresponding construction process on carbonaceous shale slope protection.
