麻花钻锥面刃磨参数的确定及几何角度的测量

【摘要】 麻花钻是常用的孔加工刀具,已有百年历史,钻头刃磨是生产与使用中至关重要的环节。在刃磨理论中,锥面刃磨法是应用广泛,刃磨效果较好的刃磨方法之一。锥面刃磨法在机构的实现上分为内锥面刃磨法和外锥面刃磨法。本文在锥面刃磨法数学模型的基础上,分析了刃磨参数间的关系,并基于LabVIEW的开发环境,编制了锥顶距A和偏距e的电子封闭图,当设定好钻头公称直径、半锥角等参数后,即可获得后角和横刃斜角临界值范围内的A、e值及其对应的后角、横刃斜角值,此封闭图适合于内外锥面刃磨法参数的选取。进而通过多目标优化给出了获取一组最佳刃磨参数的方法。磨削余量在麻花钻刃磨或重刃磨过程中,对钻头的几何角度有很大的影响,在深入研究锥面刃磨原理的基础上,给出了考虑磨削余量的后角及横刃斜角方程。基于内锥面刃磨的原理,创建了内锥面刃磨机的虚拟样机。提出在其机构中实现新螺旋面刃磨的方法,利用PRO/E机构仿真功能验证了螺旋面刃磨的可行性。通过对麻花钻前刀面的研究,推导出麻花钻端截面方程并编制了程序,为麻花钻的三维建模和加工刀具的设计提出了更为有效的方法。麻花钻的几何参数测量是检测麻花钻刃磨结果的必要手段,在综合考虑测量的精度、效率以及经济性三个方面之后,本文采用普通摄像头和计算机,利用LabVIEW图形语言开发环境和IMAQ Vision图像处理工具包编制的软件对麻花钻图像进行预处理、边缘检测以及图像测量。系统软件采用模块化设计,具有高可靠性、便于维护和易于扩展的特点。

【Abstract】 Twist drill has the hundred years history, which is the common machining tool of hole, grinding of drill bit is a quite important step in producing and using process. In the theory of grinding, cone grinding method is one of the best effective methods and also applied widely.Cone grinding method is classified into inner cone grinding and external cone grinding according to its mechanism. The paper analyses the relationships among grinding parameters on the base of mathematical model of cone grinding method, and compiles the electronic closed graph of cone roof distance A and eccentric distance e based on the development environment of LabVIEW Software, we can get the values of A, e of relief angle and oblique of chisel edge in the range of critical value and their corresponding values when we set the parameters of the nominal diameter of drill bit, half cone angle and so on. This closed graph is suitable for the selection of parameters of internal and external cone grinding methods, then getting the best grinding parameters by multiple objective function optimizations.Grinding allowance has great effect on geometric angle of drill bit in the process of grinding or grinding once more. In the paper, based on the principle of cone grinding method, the equations of relief angle of grinding allowance and oblique of chisel edge are derived. Based on the principle of inner cone grinding, the author designs a virtual prototype of inner cone grinding machine, and puts forward the method of realizing a new helicoids grinding in its mechanism and verifies the feasibility of helicoids grinding by mechanism simulation function of PRO/E Software.This paper deduces equations of the end section of twist drill and compiles the programs by the research on twist drill’s rake face, and then puts forward a more effective method for 3D modeling of twist drill and the design of machining tool.Geometric parameter measuring of twist drill is a necessary means to detect the results of grinding. In this paper, after considering the accuracy of measuring, efficiency and economy, the camera and computer are employed to make the pretreatment, edge detection and image measurement for the image of twist drill by means of development environment of graphic language of LabVIEW Software and software’s compiled by IMAQ Vision Image Processing toolkit. The system software with modular designed, which has excellent reliability, maintainability and expansibility.
