葫芦岛高速公路自动化收费系统研究与应用

【摘要】 交通运输业是国民经济中具有全局性和先导性的基础产业。高速公路则是科学技术和社会生产力发展到一定水平的必然产物,它极大地促进了交通运输业发展,提高了人们的认识,改善了人民的生活。近年来,高速公路作为交通基础设施迅猛发展,高速公路网也逐步形成,进而带来了巨大的经济效益和社会效益,大大提高了交通服务水平。为规范高速公路收费管理,保障投资利益,提高公路通行能力,在自动化收费系统建设中,需要对现有的高速公路进行智能化改造,以达到减缓交通拥挤、降低交通事故和提高通行能力等目的。论文首先对高速公路自动化收费系统工作原理进行了概述,通过介绍收费制式和收费方式,说明了目前自动化收费的状态,并提出了自动化收费的未来发展的方向。文中详细介绍了收费系统的设计目的和设计原则,提出了切实满足实际收费中遇到的问题以及解决问题的方法。在此基础上,对高速公路自动化收费系统构成及功能做了介绍,对其进行了具体的研究和分析;并以葫芦岛高速公路自动化收费系统构建为实例,详细阐述了收费亭设备、车道设备和收费站内设备的参数、性能指标以及功能,通过收费站里的工作站软件调试界面生动形象的给出了收费的过程。最后简单的介绍了高速公路自动化收费技术的拓展,提出不停车收费是未来发展的方向,在今后若干年内,完善通行介质、加强联网收费、建立电子收费系统(不停车收费系统)是对高速公路管理的两项新的挑战,也是今后收费系统的发展趋势与方向。并对目前的设备进行了简单的总结,对日后在工作中顺利排出故障、解决问题提供了理论的基础。

【Abstract】 Transportation is the global economy has the basis and guiding industry. Highway is the development of social productive forces, science and technology and the inevitable outcome to a certain level, which greatly promoted the development of transportation and improve people’s understanding and improving people’s lives. In recent years, the highway as the rapid development of transport infrastructure, highway network is gradually formed, and thus brought great economic and social benefits, greatly improving the transport services. In order to regulate highway toll management, protection of investment interests, to improve road traffic capacity, the automated toll system construction, the need for intelligence reform for the existing highway to meet slowing traffic congestion, reduce accidents and improve traffic capacity and other purposes.In this paper a simple automated highway toll for an overview, standard fees and charges by way of introduction, describes the current state of automation fees, and proposed fee automated future development. Then introduced through the charging system is designed and design principles to effectively meet the problems encountered in the actual charges and solve the problem, then automated highway toll collection system on the composition and function have been described, its specific research and analysis; and automated toll highway Huludao as an example, a detailed description of the toll booth equipment, toll lane equipment and devices within the parameters of performance and function, through the toll booths in the workstation software debugging interface gives a vivid image of the the charge process.Finally, a brief introduction of the toll highway automation technology to expand, no parking is proposed the future direction of development in the next few years, improved media access, increased interconnection charges, the establishment of electronic toll systems (Electronic Toll Collection System) is a highway management of the two new challenges, but also the future development trend of charging systems and direction. The current equipment and a simple summary of future work in the smooth discharge of failure to solve the problem provides a theoretical basis.
