【摘要】 园艺类博览园也是园艺博览会永久会场；是指在一定区域范围内,经系统的园区规划和景观设计,以园艺博览为主线,以展示园艺生物资源(动、植物)、园艺产业类型、园艺技术与设施、园艺文化和生态景观为主要功能,兼具休闲、娱乐、度假功能,具备完善的、与园区主题相一致的配套服务设施,并对所在区域农业和旅游业发展具有显著促进作用的的综合性园区。近年来,随着我国社会经济的飞速发展,我国新农村建设的加快,以及农业产业结构的进一步调整,园艺类博览园在我国有了较快速的发展,并逐步成为地区经济新的增长点。然而,与之相对应的园艺类博览园规划的相关理论研究相对落后,既没有提出明确的定义和分类,也没有梳理所涉及到的多个学科的规划理论。因此,整合各个相关学科的理论,充分考虑我国国情,结合园艺类博览园的自身特点,从园艺类博览园的产生和发展入手,研究园艺类博览园的规划策略和景观设计手法,是当前园艺博览园发展中亟待解决的重要问题。园艺类博览园的产生是社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物,但作为风景园林学科一新的研究领域,园艺类博览园的产生和发展与其它类型的园林有着显著的差异,园艺类博览园的产生背景和发展条件对进一步研究园艺博览园规划的相关理论,从而指导园艺博览园的建设有着重要的意义。本文运用文献研究法、理论归纳法、层次分析法和实证案例法等研究方法,在充分分析园艺类博览园的产生和发展的情况下,对“博览会公园”、“主题公园”、“农林作物主题文化园”等相关概念进行辨析,明确了园艺类博览园的概念、内涵、特征,系统论述了它的功能和分类方法,并阐述了其对区域经济发展的积极作用。其次,通过大量的文献研读,本研究在总结国内外已建成的园艺类博览园的经验教训的基础上,提出了园艺类博览园规划的理念和原则、分析了园艺类博览园规划的主要影响因素、明确了园艺类博览园的主要功能和可预见的空间布局类型、归纳了园艺类博览园景观资源、总结了园艺类博览园的赢利点和营销原则。再次,研究选取沈阳世界园艺博览园、南京中国国际绿化博览园、济南中国国际园林花卉博览园、泰州江苏省园林博览园和无锡现代园艺类博览园五个不同规模、不同类型的园艺类博览园进行实地调研。结合前期理论研究,通过层次分析法的应用,建立科学的园艺类博览园景观评价体系,进而从定量、定性角度研究园艺类博览园景观的质量,即对上述五个案例进行综合评价打分,得出我国现有园艺类博览园存在的主要问题,进而提出园艺类博览园规划设计的优化模式,其包含主题策划、园区选址、生态保护、空间布局功能分区、环境营造景观设计和后期营销。最后,笔者根据前文的研究成果,将园艺类博览园规划设计优化模式应用在笔者亲自参与的实际案例——连云港岗埠现代花木产业园区发展总体规划中,对优化模式进行检验和修正。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Horticultural Exposition Garden (HEG), also called the horticultural exposition conference site, is the main platform which the horticultural exposition conducts. It refers to a certain area coverage, with a clear theme about agrarian civilization, and it is always built after reasonable landscape plan and design. Its major functions are displaying horticultural industry, providing recreational activities and producting horticultural outputs. It is a comprehensive campus which contains multi-industries and has corresponding landscape features. In recent years, along with social-economy swift development as well as New Rural Construction carried out rapidly in China, the structure of horticultural industry has been further adjusted, HEG in China has a considerable development tendency and becomes the new growth-point of local-economy gradually. However, theory-research on HEG is relative backward which corresponds with its practical application. A explicit definition and the classification system of HEG have been not proposed, and related multi-disciplinary landscape plan and design theories have been not combed in its construction. Therefore, actions including combining theories of relational disciplines, considering condition at present stage of China fully, unionning unique characteristics of HEG and so on should be prepared. After that beginning from the birth of HEG and its development process, it is the significant question that study special plan strategies and professional landscape design techniques of HEG which awaits to be solved urgently in the current stage.The birth of HEG is a inevitable result of social-economic development. As a new field of landscape architecture, However, many differences exists among HEG and other garden types. So the particular quality of HEG plays a indispensable role in guiding how to putting blueprint into practice. A series of research techniques and methodologies have been utilized in this study, after full understanding about HEG, to analysis conceptions of "the exposition park", "the theme park"and "the crop theme park". Then definition of HEG has been delimited and the characteristic of HEG has been clarified. The significance values also have been elaborated in this research which are bright by the development of HEG to the local area.Next, after studying massive papers and literatures, based on experiences summarized from domestic and foreign famous HEG, the ideas and the principles of landscape plan of HEG are proposed, the major influential landscape factors and the majority scenic resources of HEG are induced, the main functions and the potential space-arrangement types of HEG are fixed, the profit points and marketing principles of HEG are summarized.Once more,2006 Shenyang Expo Garden,2005 Nanjing Greening Expo Garden,2009 Jinan Landscape and Flower Expo Garden,2009 Taizhou Horticultural Expo Garden and 2008 Wuxi Modern Agriculture Expo Garden, with many differences in scale and type apparently, are selected as cases in this research. Through on-site inspection and unionning Analytical Hierarchy Process, chief defects at this stage of domestic HEG is obtained. Then the optimized pattern of HEG landscape plan is proposed which contains the subject selection, the location, the ecological protection, the space and function plan, the landscape design and the marketing strategy formulation.Finally, according to the results of preliminary research, the optimized pattern has been acted in a actual case composed by author which named<The Master Plan of Lianyungang Gangbu Modern Flower and Tree Industrial Park>.
