露天煤矿设备管理信息系统开发研究

【摘要】 露天煤矿设备管理是露天煤炭企业生产经营管理中不可缺少的重要组成部分,是露天煤矿大型关键设备安全运行及提高经济效益的重要保证。目前我国大部分露天煤矿设备管理还是采用传统的手工登帐、登卡,单据流转及部分EXCEL电子表格来实现的。露天煤矿企业迫切需要功能强大,运行稳健的露天煤矿设备管理信息系统。本系统采用了Visual Studio 2005作为开发工具,Windows XP为操作系统平台,从实际出发建立数据库所需要的信息表。为了充分利用Visual Studio 2005程序设计特点,数据库采用SQL Server 2000。在人机交互界面方面,以美观,方便为准则,采用了Master主页面形式来实现友好的交互。使得本应用系统的操作更为简单,即使是非专业人士也可以轻松的掌握该软件的使用。通过前期大量的调研研究,对露天煤矿企业设备管理系统的需求进行了详尽的分析,提出了系统设计的总体目标。详细论述了基础信息管理、角色权限管理,设备管理、数据检索优化、设备维护、用户管理等功能等主要功能模块的设计要点和主要结构,成功实现了既定的全部功能。

【Abstract】 Plant management are an important and indispensable component of the coal mining enterprises, it is an important guarantee for improving production facilities and enhance the efficiency. At present our country most open coal mine still uses the traditional manual registration, boarding card, document flow and some EXCEL spreadsheets to fulfill. The open coal mine urgently need to powerful, stable operation of equipment management information system.This system adopted the Visual Studio 2005 development tool, in order to operate the terrace, Windows XP from set out the information form that build up database’s demand physically. Make use of the program design characteristics of the Visual Studio 2005 well, database use SQL Server 2000.Hand over in person’s machine with each other the interface aspect, with the beauty, convenience for standard, adopted the Master page figure type to carry out the amity to hand over with each other. Make this apply the system of operation is more simple, even the right and wrong professional also can easily of control that software use.Through a lot of prophase survey research, for open-pit mine enterprises equipment management requirements for a detailed analysis and put forward the overall target system design. A detailed discussion on the basic information management, the role of authority management, equipment management, data retrieval optimization, equipment maintenance, user management functions such as the main function modules such as the main points of design and the main structure, and successfully realized the established all functions.
