基于PLC的高强度圆环链闪光对焊机控制系统的研究

【摘要】 目前,我国煤矿机械发展越来越快,圆环链的需求不断增长。近年来闪光对焊技术的应用也有了新的进展,但高强度闪光对焊机及其自动控制已成为了一个难点,有待于更深入的研究与实现。针对此种情况,使用了西门子PLC200,对闪光对焊机的控制系统进行了研究。通过对闪光对焊技术原理的分析,利用PID复合算法对液压泵控制系统进行设计,提高了油缸速度。对焊接电流、液压压力、水温和滑环位置等的模拟量检测原理进行了介绍,同时以西门子PLC200为控制器,设计了控制器的模拟量、数字量模块部分。利用软件编程实现了焊接工艺的加热、压紧、焊接、顶端和复位五个过程,重点对系统报警、传送周期以及焊接周期等进行了编译,对于上位机部分采用了WEINVIEW工业触摸屏,对系统开始主界面以及各参数设置、实时曲线和故障查询等界面进行了详细介绍。经过大量的实验表明,使用PLC可以实现焊接过程的所有控制,提高了系统可靠性和稳定性,同时由于引入了触摸屏,替代了传统操作方式,运作起来更加简捷,对于运行参数的获取更加及时方便,大大提高了生产效率。

【Abstract】 At present, Our coal mine machinery development more and more quickly, the demand of rings chain is rising. In recent years flash butt weld technology application have the new progress,but high strength flash on welder and Automatic control has become a difficulty, Needs to be more research and implementation deeply.In this, use PLC200 of Siemens, Studied the control system for welding machine flash.Based on the analysis of the flash butt weld technology principle, design the control system of hydraulic pump by PID compound algorithm, Improve the oil cylinder speed. Introduced the detection principle of welding current、hydraulic pressure、temperature and the location for the sliping,at the same time the controller used PLC200 of Siemens,design the analogue and digital quantity parts of controller. Realize the welding process of heating, compaction, welding, top and reset five process by software programming, it adopts the WEINVIEW industrial touch screen to PC part, Introduced the main interface and start parameter establishment、real-time curves and fault inquires interface.A lot of experiments show that it can realize welding process of all control by PLC, improved the system reliability and stability, at the same time by the use of touch screen, replace the traditional methods of operation, operation up more forthright, access the operation parameters are more timely and convenient, Enhanced the production efficiency.
