金属雷管空管体缺陷检测方法与理论研究

【摘要】 本论文采用无损检测技术和CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)理论对高压气体检测雷管空管体进行了完整的三维分析,并正对不同位置的漏气处进行了数值模拟,比较其相关参数的变化情况,对生产实践起到指导以及节省物力、人力的作用。本文主要由以下五个环节构成。(1)本文第一章,介绍了雷管空管体生产过程中存在的缺陷以及产生的危害,并对其检测技术做了详细的说明,确定了使用高压气体检测的方案。(2)本文第二章,以流体动力学的原理为基础建立高压气体检测雷管空管体流场的数值分析所需的所涉及的控制方程、湍能方程和状态方程。(3)本文第三章,运用三维建模软件Pro/e建立高压气体检测雷管空管体的三维模型,并在Gambit建立其模型并划分网格及设定了边界条件。运用Fluent软件对所建立的几何模型进行三维数值模拟,并进行二维数值模拟进行对比验证。(4)本文第四章,运用三维建模软件Pro/e建立雷管空管体自动检测系统的三维模型,对其结构以及雷管空管体在每一系统中的运动做了进行的详细的说明。(5)本文第五章,对本文的工作进行了总结。

【Abstract】 This paper which uses non-destructive testing technology and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) theory were a complete three-dimensional analysis of high-pressure air tube gas detection detonators, and were simulated leak at different locations,comparison of changes in its parameters .It is use in the production and save resources play a human role. This article is composed of five.(1)Defects and the harm of empty tube detonators are introduced in the production process and made a detailed description of detection technology. It determined program of high-pressure gas detection.(2)Introduce the equation, turbulent energy equation and the equation of state about numerical analysis of High-pressure air detection empty tube detonators based on the principle of fluid dynamics.(3)It establish a three-dimensional model of high-pressure gas detection empty tube detonators use Pro/e,which mesh grid and set the boundary conditions of model in Gambit . Numerical simulations of three-dimensional and two-dimensional have been made. ( 4) Three-dimensional model of automatic detection system of empty tube detonators was established in Pro/e and made a detailed description that empty tube detonators have sport in each movement of the system and structure of system.(5)This article summarizes the work.
