螺旋钻采煤机输送机构振动特性和输送性能的研究

【摘要】 螺旋钻采煤机是一种薄煤层煤矿开采的重要的设备,它在煤矿中使用日益广泛,其性能得到越来越多的关注。因此对输送机构在输送过程中的振动特性和输送性能的研究具有很大的实际意义。本文通过分析螺旋钻采煤机输送机构的工作原理。利用机械振动学有关理论对输送机构进行振动特性分析,得到了结构参数和运动参数对输送机构振动频率的影响规律。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件和机械动力学有关理论对输送机构进行了有限元分析,得到了关键节点的振动响应位移规律。研究了输送机构的输送性能,以及影响输送性能的有关参数。并以螺旋输送机构的内外径、螺距、螺旋升角、螺旋叶片厚度以及转速为设计变量,选择输送机构输煤过程中对煤块的二次破碎最低作为优化目标,采用人工鱼群算法(AFSA)对螺旋输送机构进行参数优化,使输送机构在保证输送性能的前提下对块煤的二次破碎最小。

【Abstract】 A Coal auger is an important equipment in thin coal seam mining coal mine, it’s using in coal mine is increasing, and more attention has being attracted to the work capability of it. Therefore, it is valuable and practical significance to study the vibration characteristics and transport properties of spiral conveyor device in the transportation process.This article analyzes the works of spiral conveyor device of coal auger. Obtains the effect of vibration frequency of spiral conveyor device of coal auger’s structural parameters and motion parameters by analyzing vibration using the theory of mechanical vibration Obtains the displacement response of key node by analyzing finite element model using ANSYS software and the theory of mechanical dynamics. Studying the transmission performance of spiral conveyor device and the parameters affected the transmission performance. Structure parameters of the spiral conveyor device are optimized by using AFSA algorithm and by taking the diameter, spiral blade lead, helix angle and spiral blade thickness of spiral conveyor device as design parameters, choosing lowest secondary crushing rate of spiral conveyor device as optimal objective. To ensure the lowest secondary crushing rate in the premise of guaranteed transmission performance.
