螺旋钻采煤机钻头的载荷谱分析

【摘要】 随着螺旋钻采煤机在薄煤层煤矿开采的广泛使用,其性能受到越来越多的关注。钻头是螺旋钻采煤机的重要工作部件,因此研究钻头参数对于合理设计螺旋钻采煤机钻头很有实际意义。为了研究螺旋钻采煤机钻头的力学特征和动力学行为,首先通过截齿受力分析,给出了单个截齿上各阻力的计算方法,在此基础上建立了钻头三向载荷的数学模型;利用编制的Matlab程序,模拟得到在不同煤岩、不同结构参数以及不同截齿参数下钻头的载荷波动曲线,分析各参数对螺旋钻采煤机工作性能的影响;最后为了研究其动载荷特征,分析钻头载荷在频域上的分布。应用随机过程理论和概率统计理论,利用计算机模拟程序模拟出钻头的载荷谱曲线。载荷谱的研究为钻头的设计以及钻头结构动力改进提供了参考依据。研究结果对于合理选择螺旋钻采煤机、正确地确定钻头的结构参数、改善螺旋钻采煤机的性能、提高钻采效率有重要的意义和参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the widespread using of the coal auger in thin seam coal mining, its performance gets more and more attention. The cutting bit is the most important working part, so the study of bit parameters has practical significance for reasonable designing of coal auger bit.In order to study the mechanical characteristics and dynamic behavior of a coal auger bit, first of all, the calculation method of the resistance on each pick is given by the force analysis of picks; a mathematical model of the three directional loads for bit is established in the paper. Load curves in different coal and rock, different structural parameters and picks parameters are obtained by using Matlab program, and then analyze that how parameters influence on the performance of coal auger. Last of all, in order to study the dynamic load characteristics, analyze the distribution on frequency domain of drilling load. By using random process theory and probability and statistics theories, and computer simulation program, simulate the drill loading spectrum curve. The study of loading spectrum has the reference value for the design and improving the dynamic structure of coal auger bit.These results have important significance and reference values for choosing coal auger, determining the structural parameters of the bit exactly, improving the performance of coal auger and the efficiency of drilling.
