霍林河褐煤干燥提质试验研究

【摘要】 本论文以霍林河褐煤为原料,对其进行了普通干燥和热水干燥的试验研究。其目的在于寻求降低褐煤水分、提高发热量的方法,从而减少运输成本,提高发电效率。从加热时间与加热温度方面对褐煤普通干燥进行单因素分析、正交试验设计与均匀试验设计。试验研究的结果应用Origin7.5进行单因素分析,应用SPSS11.5对正交试验与均匀试验设计的结果进行分析,得到褐煤普通干燥的规律。通过预热温度、预热时间、高压反应釜温度、高压反应釜压力、煤样粒度、煤样量、搅拌速率、终温停留时间、热水干燥后普通干燥的温度和时间等方面对褐煤热水干燥进行正交试验设计与均匀试验设计。应用SPSS11.5对正交试验与均匀试验设计的结果进行分析,得到褐煤热水干燥最佳的工艺参数。并且确定了热水干燥后理论上最大发热量范围和吸湿后的最大发热量范围,判定热水干燥后的煤样达到了电厂用煤发热量二级质量标准。论文应用了一种科学严密的分析方法,即探索试验——正交筛选试验——均匀试验方法。并且展望了一种褐煤资源综合利用的工艺流程——褐煤发电热解联合热水干燥工艺流程。
【Abstract】 The researeh is to utilize the Huolinhe lignite as the raw materia, adopting ordinary drying and hot water drying methods. The purpose is to find the method to reduce the water of lignite and increase their heat, thereby reducing transport costs and improving power generation efficiency.Ordinary drying of lignite carries out single factor analysis, orthogonal experimental design and uniform design of experiments from the aspects of heating time and heating temperature. Experimental results of the study use Origin7.5 analysis the method of single common factor analysis; and use SPSS11.5 analysis the method of orthogonal experimental design and uniform design of experiments and get the law of ordinary drying of lignite.Hot water drying of lignite carries out orthogonal experimental design and uniform design of experiments from the aspects of preheating temperature, preheating time, temperature of autoclave, pressure of autoclave, coal particle size, the amount of coal, stirring rate, residence time of the final temperature and the temperature and time of ordinary drying after hot water drying. Use SPSS11.5 analysis the method of orthogonal experimental design and uniform design of experiments and get the best process parameters of hot water drying of lignite. Determine the theoretical maximum heat range and the maximum theoretical heat after absorption. The heat of coal sample can get the secondary quality standards of coal power plants which demand the heat after hot water drying.This paper presents a rigorous scientific analysis method of the exploration experiments-orthogonal experimental design-uniform design of experiments. This paper also proposes a comprehensive utilization of resources in the process of lignite-brown coal power generation and pyrolysis combined hot water drying process.
