基于随机共振技术的声表面波瓦斯传感器的研究

【摘要】 本文以智能SAW瓦斯传感器为研究对象,在对国内煤矿安全现状及国内外瓦斯传感器研究现状进行深入分析的基础上,针对煤矿井下信息量大、噪声多、随机动态等特征以及单一数量值难以被非专业人员理解等问题,提出了一种矿井安全监测智能SAW瓦斯传感系统。本文一开始给出了SAW瓦斯传感系统的意义、可行性及创新之处。紧接着,对智能SAW瓦斯传感器的理论基础进行了论述,在这部分内容里主要介绍了智能SAW瓦斯传感器的核心—利用声表面波监测瓦斯气体的实现原理及方法。之后,为了能够将瓦斯监测过程中噪声的影响降至最低,文中将随机共振原理应用到矿井安全监测之中,给出了智能SAW瓦斯传感器的结构,重点研究了智能SAW瓦斯传感器算法模型,并对算法进行了仿真,给出了数据及仿真结果。接下来,对矿井安全监测智能SAW瓦斯传感器的通讯单元进行了设计,采用CAN总线技术实现井下信息的传输,实现了矿井安全监测系统的数字化和网络化。最后,对瓦斯监测系统整体结构进行了设计研究。仿真实验结果表明,本文提出的方法极大地降低了井下噪声对瓦斯监测的影响,能够获得较为真实的瓦斯浓度信息,为煤矿安全生产提供保证。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the intelligence SAW gas sensor as a research object, and based on the analysis of status of the domestic coal mine safety and research status quo on domestic and overseas for gas sensor. Aiming at large measurand,more noises, random dynamic and Other features, this paper proposed a intelligence SAW gas sensor for monitoring mine safety.Firstly, this paper presented the meaning of study, feasibility and innovation of SAW gas sensor. Besides it represented the theoretical principle of the intelligence SAW gas sensor. In this part introduces the core of intelligence SAW gas sensor——the theory and implementation method by using surface acoustic wave to monitor gas. Secondly, in order to minimize the impact of noise what generated in the process gas monitoring, the principle of stochastic resonance was applied to the mine safety monitoring. And the structure of intelligence SAW gas sensor was described in the paper. It focused on studying algorithm model of intelligence SAW gas sensor, and the data and simulation results are given by simulating the algorithm. Thirdly, using CAN bus technology to design the communication unit of intelligence SAW gas sensor. Finally, designing study the whole structure of gas monitoring system. The method what is proposed in this paper dramatically reduced the effects of underground noise, and got more information about the true gas concentration to guarantee coal mine production safety.
