露井协调开采三维数字矿山研究

【摘要】 煤炭资源的开采可分为露天开采和井工开采。当两种开采方法的开采区域临近时,会对彼此的安全产生影响,如何动态掌握两类矿井生产的时空关系,分析两类矿井的安全距离,保证矿井安全生产是急需解决的难题。论文在对露井协调开采数字矿山理论分析的基础上,分析并确定了煤矿三维地质实体的生成方法、煤矿三维巷道实体的生成方法,开发了露井协调开采三维数字矿山软件,实现了三维建模、实体剖切、储量计算、自动生成柱状图等功能。露井协调开采数字矿山软件系统在平庄西露天矿现场应用,建立了地形地质、露天矿采场、井工矿巷道及采空区三维实体模型,实现露天及井工开采数据可视化。三维数字矿山模型的建立,为露井协调开采保护煤柱留设尺寸的计算、分析煤炭资源分布状况、合理制订煤炭资源开采规划和开采方案提供了基础。

【Abstract】 Coal mining method includes open-pit mining and underground mining. there are impacts on each other’s security when the mining regional of the two methods are close enough, it’s a problem urgent to be solved that how to dynamically grasp spatiotemporal relationship of the two kinds of mine production and analyse the safe distance between the two kinds of mine to make sure the safty production .Based on analysis of theory of Open Pit and Underground Cooperated Mining digital mine, this paper analysis and determine the generating method of three-dimensional mine geologic entities and three-dimensional mine tunnel entities, and has developed a Open Pit and underground Cooperated Mining three-dimensional digital software which has already realized the function of three-dimensional modeling, solid model dissection,reserve calculation and automaticly forming columnar section .The software system has been applied to Pingzhuang Western Open-pit mine, and depending on it we have established the Pingzhuang Western Open-pit mine’s three-dimensional entity models of topographic and geologic, open-pit mining areas, tunnels of underground mining mine and goaf, and realized open-pit mining and underground mining’s data visualization. The establishment of three-dimensional models of digital mine provides a basis for the size calculation of Open Pit and Underground Cooperated Mining preserving protective pillar,and for the analysis of the distribution of coal resources and the reasonable formulation of coal resources exploitation plan and scheme.
