大花萱草品种筛选与制种技术研究

【摘要】 本文主要根据市场需求筛选出适合苏州地区栽培的大花萱草品种,对筛选出的大花萱草进行人工制种与育苗技术研究,主要研究结果如下:1.对引进的207份大花萱草材料进行跟踪记录,通过对花色、抗性、植株高度、花期长短等性状的考评,筛选出适合苏州地区生长优良的品种16个,其中常绿品种5个,大花品种6个、长花期品种2个、矮化品种1个、复瓣品种2个。2.对筛选出的大花萱草优良品种自交与杂交组合结实率的统计与分析,结果表明杂交组合结实率与父母本的选择有关。sf-6与j-1这两个品种无论正交还是反交,结实率都比其他品种高。而n-4、p-24、nz-51、sf-2、nzy-1无论采用大田栽培或设施栽培、人工授粉或天然授粉均不结实;在结实的品种中,除sf-6这个品种外,其他品种人工授粉结实率高于开放性授粉;设施内栽培的结实率高于大田栽培的结实率。3.在所测量的11个大花萱草品种中,果实大小有差异,果实长轴长在1.35-3.13cm之间,果实的短轴长在0.98-2.45cm之间、单个果实内的种子数量在3-11颗,千粒重在28.0-86.2g之间。其中p-24的果实最大、单个果实的种子数量最多,种子的千粒重最重。4.不同品种的萱草的种子发芽率不同,品种中发芽率最高可达到70%,同一品种的在8月底播种发芽率最高,相同条件下,设施栽培中所得到的种子发芽率比大田中所得到的种子高。杂交品种不同采收时间相同播种日期,种子的发芽率差异不大,自交品种种子前期采收种子发芽率要高于后期。5.通过对j-1*sf-6、sf-2、n-5三个品种播种苗的调查,种子采收时间不同对苗的生长势不同,前期采摘的好于后期采摘,通过播种得到的sf-6这个品种的后代保持了母本的特性,变异性小,可以通过种子繁殖来获得大批量种苗。

【Abstract】 In this paper, Selected according to market demand for cultivation in Suzhou Hemerocallis,On the selected Hemerocallis seed production and breeding research, main conclusion following:1. By j-1 * sf-6, sf-2, n-5 seedlings of three varieties of the investigation, the seed harvest at different times on different growth potential of seedlings, pre-picked a good pick at a later stage, obtained by sowing sf -6 descendants of this species to maintain the maternal characteristics, variability is small, you can get large quantities of seed to seed propagation.
