【摘要】 在全球经济一体化的今天,随着信息技术的进步和市场竞争的日趋激烈,越来越多的企业迫切地需要寻找一种更为有效的方式来提升管理水平,从而提高生产效率。实践证明,供应链管理已经成为企业提高自身竞争力的有效途径之一,它为企业间协作提供了更加便利的平台。但是我们也应认识到,采用供应链管理除了能够给企业带来效益的提升之外,同时也给企业带来了一定的管理风险,这种风险主要来源于供应商。由于供应链中下游成员企业生产制造所需的原材料的直接来源由上游环节的供应商直接掌控,因各种缘由,一旦其产生风险,则将使得原本稳定供应链的运营产生不利影响,甚至将会导致生产运营的中断。越来越多的人开始关注供应商风险可能带来的种种负面影响,因此对供应商风险的研究和管理成为我们亟待解决的问题。本文结合前人在供应商风险评价方面的研究成果和企业原材料供应商的特点,建立了适合生产型企业的原材料供应商风险的指标体系和评价方法。论文第一部分为文献综述部分。概述了本文的研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状并介绍了本文的研究方法和思路。第二部分,阐述了供应商风险的相关概念、内容与特点,概述了常用的供应商风险评价方法,最后详述了粗糙集与模糊综合评价方法的理论基础。第三部分,首先对生产型企业原材料供应商风险评价指标体系的意义和建立的原则进行了描述,之后提出了适合于生产型企业原材料供应商风险的评价指标体系。第四部分以YJ公司原材料供应商为例,首先介绍YJ公司及其业务运作结构等基本情况,接着收集整理了YJ公司原材料供应商带来风险的原始指标数据,并分析该公司原材料供应商风险中存在的问题,接着运用基于粗糙集与模糊综合评价的模型对供应商风险进行了评价,得出结果,进行识别与分析,最后提出了降低供应商风险的建议。第五部分对全文内容进行了总结,指出了论文的不足之处,以及未来工作的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s global economy, more and more enterprises urgently need to find a more effective way to enhance the management level, thus to increasing the productivity. Practice has proved that supply chain management has become an effective way for the enterprises to improve their competitive. It is a more convenient platform for inter-enterprise collaboration. Supply chain management can bring benefits to the enterprise improvement, but at the same time it will give enterprises a certain amount of vendor management risk. As a core members of supply chain, the stability of the supplier plays a very important role in the entire supply chain operations. The direct suppliers control raw materials required for the direct source production of the downstream members. In the supply chain. when the supplier risk happened, it will have had a negative impact towards to the stable supply chain operations, even cause it to the terminal operation. The negative impact of suppliers risk had caused great concern. So it is necessary to study and research for the suppliers risk management.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part outlines the background and significance of this study, research status in the world, and introduce the methods and ideas describes in this study; The second part, it elaborated the concepts, content and features of the risk suppliers, describes some common methods to evaluate the risk of suppliers, then introduce details of the theoretical basis of the rough sets and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; The third part, describe the meaning and the establishment principles of raw materials supplier risk evaluation index system in production companies. Proposed the evaluation index system of raw materials supplier’s risk in production companies. The forth part is case studies, use YJ’s raw material suppliers for example, analysis risk problems of raw material suppliers in the company’s, evaluate the suppliers risk by use with rough set and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the results obtained to identification and analysis, then put forward proposals to reduce supplier risk; The fifth part, summarizes the contents of the text, pointing out the inadequacies of the article as well as prospects for the future work.更多还原
