【摘要】 伴随着进城农民工数量的快速增长,他们不仅成为了城市化建设的中坚力量,也是城市群体的重要组成部分,这一部分人的社会角色的转变成为了政府及学者关注的重点。农民工群体对城市充满着梦想与执着,但是在社会角色转变上却面临了重重的障碍,除了政策制度的隔离以外,还有着对自己角色扮演的不确定,他们渴望成为真正的市民但又不敢真正的跨出那一步,即使在几代人的努力下户籍制度及连带的社会政策有所改善,但是依然无法真正的去适应城市、融入城市。农民工市民化不仅仅是一项单纯的城乡社会身份的转变,还包括社会生活方式、意识形态等方面的变化,是“实现城市文明的社会转变过程”,也是一项复杂的社会系统工程。本文以社会学的研究视角,从户籍制度、社会保障制度、住房及医疗制度等社会政策方面去探讨城市对农民的接纳程度,又以农民工主体性角度出发,分析他们对的适应性以及深层原因,试图探索实现农民工市民化的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid increasing of migrant workers into cities, they have become not only the nucleus of urbanization construction, but the crucial element of urban colony. Our government and scholars are becoming more and more concerned about their transformation of such a group’s social roles recently. While towards cities they are full of dreams and persistence, rural migrant workers are confronted with heavy obstacles when converting their roles from rural farmers to urban workers. Other than separation from governmental policies and systems, they are also uncertain about their own roles playing in the urban society. Therefore, these migrant workers long for becoming real citizens, while not brave enough to take their first step.Even though there is somewhat improvement of household registration systems and related social policies in the efforts of several generations, rural migrant workers still can not adapt themselves to cities completely. Citizenization of rural migrant workers is not only pure rural-urban converting of social identities, but includes transformation at the aspects of social living styles, dominant ideology and so on. It is a transformation course when realizing urban civilization, as well as a complicated project of social systems.From the perspectives of sociology research, the current dissertation aims to probe into degree of city acceptance towards rural migrant workers at the main aspects of household registration systems, social security systems, housing and healthcare systems and social policies, and then analyze their adaptation to cities with potential reasons for it.
