【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,世界海洋经济发展步入了世界经济发展的快车道。在众多沿海国家和地区,海洋经济成为区域经济发展新的增长点。我国海洋经济以两位数的年增长率快速发展,海洋经济的相关研究已经成为学术界的研究热点。海洋经济竞争力的研究在国内外尚处于开拓和探索阶段,本文运用相关理论,使用定性与定量的方法对福建省沿海六设区市的海洋经济竞争力进行了评价研究。首先,本文对国内外海洋经济及竞争力理论做了探讨,概括了海洋经济竞争力的涵义。其次,分析了影响海洋经济竞争力的主要因素,据此从业绩竞争力、潜力竞争力、环境竞争力三个方面构建了海洋经济竞争力评价指标体系。运用熵值法进行分析,得出了福建省沿海六设区市海洋经济竞争力得分和排序。最后,针对在评价过程中所反映出的问题,从资源开发、产业体系、空间布局、海洋科技四个层面提出了提升福建省海洋经济竞争力的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the nineties of the twentieth Century, the development of world’s marine economy step into the fast lane of the world economy. In many coastal countries and regions, the development of marine economy has become a new growth point of regional economic. China’s marine economy is the rapid development of double-digit annual growth rate. Research on the marine economy has become a research hotspot in the academic. Economic competitiveness of marine research and development at home and abroad is still in the exploratory stage. This article utilized the correlation theories and the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study Fujian Province’s marine economic competitiveness. Secondly,Firstly, the author has discussed correlation theories of marine economy and competitiveness theory, and define the concept of marine economic competitiveness. Summarizes the impact of competitive factors in marine economy, accordingly from the competitive performance, competitive potential, competitive environment, three aspects of the corresponding indicator system constructed. Comprehensive analysis and evaluation competitiveness of the marine economy the of six coastal cities of Fujian Province, find the advantages and disadvantages of the development of marine economy the of six coastal cities of Fujian Province.
