【摘要】 目前,我国的网络用户已近5亿人,而仅新浪微博的用户就已经达到2亿左右。微博已经在一定程度上改变了人们的生活方式,更新了传媒理念。微博发布信息的低门槛使人人成为“记者”成为可能,集聚了较大的舆论影响力。尤其是微博融合了互联网和手机的优点,对舆论的想象力增大了刺激舆论形成的信息能量。当微博成为社会生活的一部分的时候,它的公共性的特征便显现出来。在经历过“我爸是李刚”、“局长开房”等社会事件的锻炼后,网民对于微博的使用已经渐入佳境,逐渐把微博打造成了公共议事平台。“郭美美事件”是微博传播公共事件的典型案例。本研究以微博发展的基本条件为基础,分析微博对于基础网民的影响,进而引申到微博对于公共领域的影响,全面分析“郭美美事件”发展的整个过程和要素,从中得出启示——微博对于突发公共事件的处理具有非常重要的意义,并提出了若干对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the number of netizens in China has reached 500 million, and the number of users in Sina Microblog has reached about 200 million. The Micro blog had changed the way people live in the certain degree, which also updated media concept. The low threshold to release information has enlarged influence of public opinion. It is possible for anyone to try to be a journalist.What’s more, Micro blog takes both the advantages of the Internet and mobile phones, which increases the information power of the public opinion.When the Micro blog become part of our social life, it’s characteristics of the public came out. After "my father is Li Gang"."Chief Check in" and other social events, Netizens take more advantage on Micro blog and gradually transform it to a platform of creating public discussion.Guo Meimei event is typical cases of public events on Micro blog. This paper will discuss the influence of Micro blog using based on condition of the development of micro blog, and then try to analyze the influence to public domain. All these are concentrated on the development of Guo Meimei event. At last, this study tries to find out the extremely vital significance of Micro blog in dealing with public events and gives some relevant advices.更多还原
