【摘要】 伴随市场经济的发展,教育改革不断深入,高等教育产业化进程加快,高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,面向市场逐步开放成为必然趋势。面向市场就要引入竞争,就要考虑效益问题,高校教育投资效益的高低成为高等教育事业能否健康发展的关键,对其效益的评价研究也随之成为新的教育热点问题。论文首先明确高校教育投资效益的含义、特性,并初步建立高校教育投资的内部效益系统。其次,结合某高校教育投入和产出的基本状况,对该校人、财、物三个方面资源的使用效益及问题进行了分析。针对高校办学活动的实际情况,基于DEA方法,构建出高校教育投资效益评价指标体系。然后,简单介绍了基于动态DEA的高校教育投资效益评价模型,并按时间序列收集某高校的相关数据,对其在2001年至2009年的投资效益情况进行实证研究。最后,针对存在的问题,以提高该校人、财、物三种投入资源效益为出发点,提出某高校教育投资效益的改进措施。对高校教育投资效益做出科学合理的评价,找到投资效益较低的原因,不但有利于增强高校自身的管理能力,而且有利于教育资源的有效利用、降低教育成本、提高教育产出,对高校教育投资效益进行评价研究具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of market economy, the deepening of education reform and the accelerating industrialization process of higher education, colleges and universities as an important part of higher education, opening up for markets has become an inevitable trend. Competition would be introduced and the benefit would be considered, if the colleges and universities become market-oriented. The investment benefit level becomes the key to the healthy development of higher education, and also its evaluation research of the benefit becomes the new hot topic.Firstly, the thesis defines the meaning of higher education investment benefit and characteristics, and establishes the internal benefits system of higher education investment. Secondly, the thesis, combining the basic input and output status, analyzes the college education resource-using efficiency and relevant problems from the three aspects-- school personnel, finance, and material. For the actual situation of education activities, this thesis structures the higher education investment benefit evaluation index system based on the DEA approach. Then, the thesis briefly introduces the higher education evaluation model of investment benefit based on dynamic DEA, collects a university’s data according to the time series, and conducts empirical research investment benefit from 2001 to 2009. Finally, as for the existing problems, this thesis puts forward the improvement measures of a university’s education investment in order to improve the benefit of school personnel, financial, and material resources.Making scientific and rational evaluation of investment benefit in higher education and finding reasons for the low investment benefit, can not only help enhance the management capacity of universities themselves, but also can be conducive to use the educational resources effectively, reduce the cost of education, improve education outputs, and have the important theoretical and practical significance to make the evaluation research of colleges and universities’education investment benefit.更多还原
