ME型柴油机电控系统设计分析研究

【摘要】 目前国内各大低速船用大功率柴油机制造工厂均为引进国外的两大柴油机专利公司MAN和Wartsila的专利技术和相应的产品设计,两大专利公司及国内各主要主机厂的在制柴油机大多以传统的凸轮控制排气和燃油喷射的柴油机为主,但是随着国际原油价格处于一个长期的上升通道之中以及国际海事组织对NOx排放物的更加严格的控制,两大公司均在传统柴油机的基础上推出了ME型和Flex型电控智能型柴油机,并且所占比例逐年明显上升。为了更好的对电控智能型柴油机的新的电控技术进行消化、吸收和国产化,本文作者重点对MAN公司的ME型柴油机的电控系统的整体功能和原理进行了研究。在对比分析ME型柴油机与传统的MC型柴油机的不同和特点的基础上,重点分析了ME柴油机电控系统的主要结构、多功能控制系统的关键技术和原理以及各系统的控制原理,为ME柴油机的电控系统的调试和国产化提供了较好的理论基础。ME柴油机通过应用上述原理,当采用等压燃油喷射模式时,燃油经济性有2%的降低,当采用低NOx模式的两次喷射式时,燃油经济性基本上和原MC-C机型相当,但NOx排放为原来的一半,大大降低了NOx的排放水平。

【Abstract】 At present, internal manufacturers of the major low-speed marine diesel engine are all introduction of foreign patent technology, which is designed by MAN and Wartsila companies.The two patent companies and internal manufacturers still work on traditional diesel engine with cam controlling exhaust system and fuel injection mostly. But with the increasing of international crude oil price for a long time and NOx emissions is controlled more stringently by International maritime organization, the two design companies have launched ME type and Flex-intelligent electronic control diesel respectively,which are based on traditional diesel engine. The proportion of new type is increased each year significantly.In order to digest, absorb and localize better on the intelligence electronic control diesel engine with new electronic control technology. The author study on the overall function of diesel engine, focus on of ME MAN diesel engine with electronic control system. This article describes the difference and benefits between traditional diesel engine and MC diesel engine, and focuses on the ME engine electronic control system of the main structure, the key technology and principles of multi-function control system, as well as control theory of each system. A better theory is provided in order to debug ME engine electronic control system and localize technology.
