矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估研究

【摘要】 矿山竖井提升系统事故时有发生,造成人员伤亡的同时,也造成了设备的损毁、工期的延误或生产的中断,严重影响了矿山生产活动的正常进行。给国家和企业造成了巨大的损失,也带来了很大的负面影响。安全生产形势面临着极大的挑战,进行相应的风险评估研究具有重要的意义。在这样的背景下,本文对矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估进行了如下的研究:1.通过矿山竖井提升系统各种事故调查和总结的基础上,建立了矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估指标体系。该指标体系从人-机-管-环的角度出发,探寻系统中的各种风险因素。矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估指标体系的建立为矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估提供了基本的层次模型。2.对熵理论进行总结和论述的基础上,参照熵理论在其他风险评估领域的研究应用,对矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估进行了系统的研究,把熵理论方法引入矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估中,实现了对矿山竖井提升系统安全风险的半定量分析评估。3.利用建立的矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估指标体系和基于熵理论的矿山竖井提升系统安全风险评估方法的基础上,对大红山铁矿竖井提升系统进行了安全风险的评估。

【Abstract】 Mine shaft hoist system accidents occur occasionally, causing casualties, while also caused damage of the equipment, the duration of the delay or interruption of production, seriously affected the normal conduct of the mine production activities. Causing huge losses to the State and enterprises also have a considerable negative impact. Situation of safety production had faced with great challenges. Study of risk assessment has important significance to carrying out.Under the above background, this article did the following study on safety risk assessment for the mine shaft hoist system:1. Through various accident investigations and summing up for the mine shaft hoisting system, established the index system of safety risk assessment index system for mine shaft hoisting system. From human-machine-management-environment perspective, the index system explored the various risk factors in the system. The index system for mine shaft hoisting system provided a basic level model for safety risk assessment.2. On the basis of summing up the discussion and the entropy theory, reference study on application of entropy theory in other areas of risk assessment, safety risk assessment for mine shaft hoisting system made a systematic study. Introduced the entropy theory into safety risk assessments for shaft hoist system and realized the semi-quantitative evaluation of safety risk assessment for mining shaft hoist system.3. Use the mine shaft hoisting system of safety risk assessment index system and entropy theory based safety risk assessment methods to evaluate the mine shaft hoisting system for safety risk assessments on one mine shaft hoisting system. The result is positive.
