【摘要】 随着我国城市化的快速化发展,“城中村”的问题日益凸显,开始影响城市的正常运转,改造“城中村”逐渐提上日程,并且形成一股热潮。本论文是从城市的空间形态分析为出发,以昆明市的“城中村”为案例,试图探讨“城中村”改造前后的不同空间形态特征及其对城市空间的影响,并在此基础上,提出对“城中村”空间形态方面改造的一些见解。论文首先通过文献分析,综述“城中村”问题几个阶段的研究、研究理论及特点,并指出当前研究中的不足。在此基础上,通过探讨“城中村”空间形态的历史演变及形成机制,并分析“城中村”的各种特征,对“城中村”形成一定的认识。接下来引入城市形态理论,从城市形态的生命力、感觉、适宜性、可及性、控制、效率和公平六个方面分析未改造的“城中村”,并适当的与普通城市居住区进行对比,得出“城中村”空间形态的利弊之处。然后分析“城中村”及其空间形态对城市空间肌理与文脉的影响。最后选取已改造的“城中村”作为案例,分析改造完成后其空间形态特征,并与改造前的形态进行对比,同时对比普通城市社区。得出结论后,针对“城中村”改造的问题,提出“城中村”空间改造的意义和目标,并在此基础上,结合实例提出笔者对于“城中村”空间改造的一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’s accelerated urbanization process in rural areas, the problem of the urban village increasingly prominent, starting to affect the normal operation of city, rebuild the urban village gradually put on the agenda, and become a boom.Starting from the city space form, and taking kunming as a case, of which is the capital of urban village, the thesis tries to discuss the case for the urban village morphological characteristics and theirs influences of the different space before and after reconstruction, and basing on that, the author gives some advice on urban villages space form transformation.Firstly by the literature analysis and summarizing the urban village’s several stages research, research theory and characteristics, the thesis points out the shortcomings of current research. On this basis, by discussing the urban village’s space form from the historical evolution and formation mechanism aspect, and analyzing different characters of it, certain understandings are formed.Next, city morphology theory is introduced. Six aspects of unimproved the urban village are analyzed in vitality, feeling, suitability, accessibility, controllability, efficiency and justification. And comparisons to common urban communities are made appropriately to conclude the advantages and disadvantages of the space form of urban villages.Then the transformed the urban village is selected as a case, by analyzing the morphological characteristics after completion of reconstructions, comparing their space and form transformation with before and the contrast ordinary city community, conclusion comes up, after that, by directing towards the problems, meaning and purpose of transformation of the urban village, the author put forward some suggestions of transformation upon examples.更多还原
