【摘要】 中学生学会自我管理,是现代教育发展的一个重要趋势,也是教育体制改革和加强学生德育工作的重要工作之一。本文通过对东莞市茶山、石龙和寮步三所农村中学初三年级的学生、家长和教育工作者的大量调查和访谈,探讨了农村中学生自我管理的现状、基本特点和存在的主要问题,在理论分析的基础上探讨了存在问题的基本原因,并提出了改进农村中学生自我管理的若干对策建议。更多还原
