曼家寨排土场散体岩石物料力学特性研究

【摘要】 影响排土场稳定性的因素很多,包括:散体岩石物料的物理力学性质、基底岩层的承载能力、排土工艺、水文地质条件等。本文依托导师课题,着重研究某露天矿排土场散体岩石物料的力学特性。分别从压实特性、渗透特性、压缩变形特性、抗剪强度特性四个方面出发,开展大量的室内试验研究,并结合分形几何理论、松散介质力学、土力学等相关理论知识,探讨散体岩石物料力学特性在不同工况下的变化规律,为排土场边坡的安全稳定性分析提供可靠的物理力学参数和理论指导。本文主要从以下几个方面进行分析研究:1、击实试验主要测定散体岩石物料在相同的击实方法和击实功能下的最大干密度和最优含水率,本文进行不同级配的击实试验,分析最大干密度和最优含水率随粗颗粒含量变化的相关性;采用分形几何理论对击实过程中颗粒破碎进行分析,探讨颗粒破碎在不同粗颗粒含量以及不同含水率条件下的变化规律。2、采用自制垂直渗透仪进行室内散体岩石物料渗透试验,测定其在不同密实程度下的渗透系数,分析渗透系数与密实程度、孔隙比的相关性,探讨影响渗透系数的重要因素,并对散体岩石物料的渗透破坏形式进行了判断。3、通过室内压缩变形试验,测定天然状态和饱水状态散体岩石物料的各项压缩变形指标,分析散体岩石物料的变形特性。4、利用室内中型直剪试验仪,开展不同级配散体岩石物料在最大干密度下的直剪试验和现场级配在饱水不同固结状态下的直剪试验,研究散体岩石物料在这两种条件下的抗剪强度变化规律。采用分形几何理论探讨分维数与抗剪强度参数的相关性。

【Abstract】 There are many factors are affect the safety of waste pile,such as physical mechanics of loose rock materials, bearing capacity of foundation, pile technology,hydrogeologic condition and so on.And this paper is base on the research subject of tutor, emphasised to study the mechanics property of loose rock materials from seepage deformation property, compression deformation property, compaction property and shear strength.And research the regularity for change of physical mechanics of loose rock materials by uesed fractal geometry theory and soil mechanics.That to provide strongly guidance for waste pile slope safety analyzed.And the studies are mainly from following aspects:1. Compaction test is mainly to work out the maximum dry density and optimum water content of the loose rock material in the same bulk of compaction method and compaction function, the paper carried a different gradation compaction test, analysis the correlation of the maximum dry density and optimum water content content in different gradation; and particle breakage during compaction is analysised by used fractal geometry theory.2.To measure the permeability coefficient at different compaction rate by used self-made permeability testing machine.and analyze the correlation between permeability coefficient, compaction rate and void ratio. Research important factors that affect the permeability coefficient. And based on previous person research methods, to determine the seepage failure form of granular material.3.Through the compression deformation indoor test, to get the compression deformation indexes at natural state and saturated state, analyze the property of compression deformation.4. Using medium-sized direct shear tests device, to carry out different gradation in the maximum dry density of the loose rock material under the direct shear tests and field-level distribution in the saturated state of the direct shear tests,to study the rule of shear strength in different gradations and the degree of water-saturated state under different consolidation.
