南坡铜矿留矿采矿法采场危险因素分析研究

【摘要】 随着我国国民经济发展对资源日益增长的需求,地下开采的比重日益增大。其安全问题也日益突出,并受到广泛的关注。近年来不少学者采用岩石力学理论、仪器监测和数值计算的方法进行了系统地研究,并取得卓越的成效。然而,深入分析表明,地下采场岩体失稳垮塌、冒落等安全问题是岩体强度、节理弱面条件、水文状况,以及围岩应力等因素共同作用的结果。如果仅采用单一的方法,仅从单一的角度去分析和研究,其结果将有所偏颇。本文以云南省勐腊县磨憨光明采选厂南坡铜矿为例,对浅孔留矿法采场的各种危险因素进行了探讨和分析,揭示了其采场安全影响主控因素,并据其构建了评价采场危险度的综合作用模型。根据影响采场安全的主控因素:采场岩体质量、采场二次应力分布、爆破影响,本文就从三个方面就其进行了分析研究。本论文只要研究内容如下:①分析影响采场稳定性的危险有害因素,并简化为岩体质量、二次应力分布、爆破影响三个主控因素;②对以上各影响因素进行无量纲化处理,并建立定量的对采场稳定性的影响度函数;③对各影响因素应用模糊层次法进行权重分配;④对岩体质量因素采用地质广泛使用的CSIR分级方法进行评价,并得出对采场的影响度函数;⑤运用ANSYS软件分析其采场周围应力的分布情况,并将应力分布或者位移分布转化成影响系数的分布;⑥对爆破影响因素使用工程类比法、损伤理论进行了分析,并得出了对采场影响度函数;⑦采用多指数综合评价方法建立了南坡铜矿采场综合影响度函数,并从影响采场稳定性的三个要素方面提出了地下矿山采场灾害预警防范措施。

【Abstract】 With the growing demand soared surface of mineral resource exhaustion in recent years of China, and shallow open-pit mine due to the increasing mining depth, the underground mining and deep mining is becoming more and more important. If only uses a single method, only from a single Angle to analysis and research, and its results will be biased.Based on the MengLaXian MoHan light acquisition of yunnan copper, for example, south slope of shallow holes left all kinds of dangerous stope mining method factors were discussed and analyzed the stope.And in the paper according to the building of the coupled action of stope risk evaluation modelreveals its security implications major controlling factors. At last according to the influence of the stope four major controlling factors:safety stope mining rock quality, secondary stress distribution, blasting shock and time effect from four aspects.This paper research content as follows:①The risk analysis on stability of stope and simplified the harmful factors for the rock quality, secondary stress distribution, blasting effect three major controlling factors;②For all of the influence factors of the dimensionless processing, and establish the stability of stope quantitatively the effect is a function;③On each affecting factor method of fuzzy hierarchy weight distribution;④The factor of quality of rock mass is widely used by geological CSIR classification method to evaluate, and concluded that the effect is a function of stope;⑤Using ANSYS software analyses the distribution of stress around the stope, and will stress distribution or displacement distribution into effect coefficient distribution;⑥Use of blasting factors engineering analogy method, damage theory analysis, and draw the conclusion that the effect is a function of stope;⑦Using exponential synthetic evaluation method to establish the southern slope copper mine stope comprehensive effect is a function, and from the three elements of stope stability influence presents the underground mine stope disaster warning preventive measures.
