中小学学生安全定位系统设计与研究

【摘要】 社会不断提高的开放度、日趋增多的流动人口,在促进社会发展的同时也带来了不安全的隐患。中小学学生安全问题日趋严重,学校和家长希望可以对学生进行实时有效的跟踪管理。面对大量的学生,学校在管理上面临越来越大的压力,这时候需要借助于信息系统进行高效的管理;同时,很多的家长因为对孩子管理时间有限,需要通过一个系统来随时掌握孩子动态,确保孩子安全。信息技术的突破,让建设智慧的地球、智慧的城市成为可能,把智慧的IT科技将融入各行各业,人们可以尽享便利生活,并与环境和谐相处。近年来,“物联网”与"RFID"再次成为媒体与大众关注的热词。在相当的程度上,“物联网”与"RFID"已经成为新一代信息技术的代表。RFID最大特点是可以批量免接触即时读取,适合于在学校大量学生集中的地方获取定位信息。RFID缺点是需要读写器支持,所以不可能大范围、密集多点定位使用,所以需要结合GPS技术。GPS技术,是随着GPS民用信号精度在全球范围内得到改善,而取得更为广泛的应用。GPS技术所具有的全天候、高精度和自动测量的特点,作为先进的测量手段和新的生产力,已经融入了国民经济建设、国防建设和社会发展的各个应用领域。本系统利用RFID和GPS技术设计一个系统,旨在为中小学学生提供安全定位服务。家长、学校、相关部门可以实时掌握中小学学生的位置及其状态信息。学校、相关部门可以方便管理中小学学生及对各种状况做出快速反应。系统由控制中心、学校管理系统、安全定位终端组成。安全定位终端提供必需的位置、状态信息,学校管理系统用于掌握本校学生实时状况,控制中心掌握区域状况。

【Abstract】 The increasing open ness of society and the growing number of the mobile population promote social development, it also brings risks of insecurity. Security problems of primary and secondary students have become more and more severe, so schools and parents of students hope to manage track students effectively and real-time. Face of a large number of students, school managements are under increasing pressure, they need the help of efficient management of information systems; at the same time, because the children’management time is limited, many of the parents, need a system to keep abreast of the child Dynamics, to ensure child safety.Breakthroughs in information technology, it help to build the wisdom of the earth, the wisdom of the city as possible. The wisdom of IT technology will be integrated into all walks of life, people can enjoy the convenience of life, and harmony with the environment. In recent years, "Internet of Things" and "RFID" become hot words of media and public attention. A considerable extent, the "Internet of Things" and "RFID" has become a new generation of information technology representatives. One important feature of RFID is real-time bulk-free access to read, suitable for large numbers of students concentrated and accessed to location information in schools. Its drawback is the need of RFID reader support, it is not possible used of large-scale and intensive multi-point positioning, so it requires a combination of GPS technology.AS the precision of GPS civil signal has be improved in a global scale, GPS technology make more and more widely used. GPS technology has those features of all-weather, high precision and automatic measurement, and as an advanced measurement tools and new productivity, it has been integrated into the national economic construction, national defense and social development in various applications.The system designed using RFID and GPS technology provides security location service of primary and secondary students. Parents of students, schools, relevant departments can get the location of students of primary and secondary and their master status information in real time. Schools, the relevant departments can manage students of primary and secondary school facilitate and do a respond quickly to the situation.This System builds up by Control Center, School Management Systems, Security Positioning Terminal. Security Positioning Terminal provides the necessary security position, status information. School Management System is used to master real-time status of students. Control Center is used to master regional status.
