【摘要】 历史古城记载了一座城市发展的历史过程,是城市传统文化的重要载体,体现着整座城市的特色。历史古城中历史文化遗产、遗迹的保护与开发利用,已经成为历史古城现代发展模式的重要组成部分。怎样保护历史古城,保存历史古城的记忆,延续城市的历史文脉,保存人类文明发展的脉络,是人类现代文明发展的需要。中国是一个历史文明古国,有200多座历史悠久的历史古城,有不少本应得到较好保护的历史古城,由于中国近现代特殊的历史条件,许多历史古城的格局及其古城内部的历史遗迹均遭到了破坏。一座“因商而兴、因商而城、因商而市,因市而城”的历史古城——周村古商城,位于山东省淄博市,坐落于周村城区西部,是淄博市域副中心之一,是中国北方地区古老的商业中心所在地。周村古商城是中国封建社会后期经济转型中兴起的商业、手工业城市,是迄今中国现存保存最完好的明清古建筑群之一,人文景观极为丰富,现有保存完好的明清古建筑5万余平方米。随着城市建设开发强度的加大,怎样保护周村古商城,保存周村古商城“鲁商文化”的记忆,延续“齐文化”的历史文脉,使古商城内历史文物保护和旅游开发得到科学协调,使城市环境和景区历史原风貌相得益彰,使外来游客和古商城内居民和谐共处,使区域经济得到可持续发展,已是周村古商城旅游产业目前发展的需要。本论文以周村古商城为例,在对周村古商城整体环境做了详细调查的基础上,分析影响周村古商城历史文化遗产、遗迹保护与开发利用的内外因素,查明了周村古商城的价值、保护与开发现状、旅游发展机遇、旅游发展优势及旅游发展劣势,选用历史文化地段归纳综合评判法对周村古商城整体历史文化环境作出现状评价,并以现状评价为基础,历史文化地段综合分析为指导,应用渐进式可持续发展的理论对周村古商城整体历史环境作出预测评价,为周村古商城整体历史环境保护和旅游资源开发利用提供科学依据。通过本项研究,取得如下成果及认识：1.现状条件下,周村古商城旅游产业发展问题具有：(1)旅游产品形式单一,综合服务功能欠缺；(2)核心景区的游览空间局促,游线组织较不顺畅；(3)景区周边环境亟待治理；(4)旅游发展与城市建设的关系亟待理顺。2.历史古商城的物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产的存在方式需要保护和传承,深度开发物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产旅游发展的模式是历史古商城旅游产业可持续发展的前提。3.周村古商城整体历史环境的独特魅力正在于它源于“齐文化”的“鲁商文化”,而发展以体验传统“鲁商文化”为主线的旅游产业,是对周村古商城深厚历史文化的继承和延伸,是开拓特色旅游项目的重点,从而能形成更具独特性卖点和更广泛性吸引力的旅游产品。4.以周村古商城的历史文化价值为背景条件；保护与开发现状为主观、客观存在的问题；旅游发展机遇、旅游发展优势及旅游发展劣势3大要素等指标建立了周村古商城保护与旅游发展综合评价指标体系。5.采用历史文化地段归纳综合评判法对周村古商城整体旅游资源环境作出现状评价。结果表明：周村古商城的旅游资源禀赋整体上属于中上等水平,二、三级旅游资源占总体数量的77%,这说明周村古商城如要达到更具影响力的旅游发展目标,还应在资源保护的基础上,以市场为导向,开发利用形成更具独特性卖点和更广泛吸引力的旅游产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Historic city documents the history of a city development process is an important carrier of urban traditional culture, and reflects the characteristics of the whole city. Remains of ancient historical and cultural heritage, protection and development, has become an important part of the historic city of modern development model. How to protect the ancient, preserving historical memory of the ancient city, extending the history of the city, and saving human civilization development sequence, which is needed for the development of modern civilization. China is a history of ancient civilizations, there are more than more than 200 seats have a long history of the ancient, a lot of this should be better protected historic city, because of China’s modern special historical conditions, patterns of many of the historic city and its historic sites are within the city were damaged. "Hing, because the business due to city, city, city by the city"-the ancient history of zhoucun ancient commercial city, Zibo city, Shandong province, is located in the West of zhoucun district, is one of the domain Vice Center of Zibo city, is the old commercial center in northern China. Zhoucun ancient commercial city in China in late feudal period commercial, handicrafts of the rise of cities in economic transition, is by far China’s existing one of the best preserved ancient buildings in Ming and Qing dynasties, humanity landscape rich, well-preserved ancient buildings in Ming and Qing dynasty more than 50,000 square meters. With the increase of urban construction and development intensity, how to protect zhoucun ancient commercial city, save the zhoucun ancient commercial city "Lu Shang culture" memories, renewal "in Qi culture" of the historical context, is the requirement of zhoucun modernization development of ancient commercial city.This paper zhoucun ancient commercial city as an example, Zhoucun ancient commercial city environment as a whole on the basis of a detailed investigation, Effect analysis of zhoucun ruins of ancient city historical and cultural heritage, protection and development of internal and external factors, Identify the value of zhoucun ancient commercial city, protection and development, tourism development opportunities, advantages and disadvantages of tourism development, Comprehensive evaluation method of selection of historical and cultural sites draw conclusions on evaluation of zhoucun ancient commercial city historical and cultural environment as a whole, And present situation evaluation based on comprehensive analysis of historical and cultural sites under the guidance of progressive sustainable development theory of forecasting evaluation on the overall history of zhoucun ancient commercial city environment, Zhoucun total provide the scientific basis for environmental protection and development and utilization of ancient commercial city.Through this study, and understanding of the results achieved are as follows:1. under status quo conditions, zhoucun ancient commercial city tourism development issues are:(1) tourism product form a single, integrated service feature lacking; (2) visit the cramped core scenic spot, and visit the line organization is not smooth; (3) governance urgently in scenic surroundings; (4) the relationship between tourism development and urban construction needs to be straightened out.2. history of the ancient commercial city intangible cultural heritage and way of existence for the intangible cultural heritage in need of protection and inheritance, Deep development of the intangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage tourism development model is the historic centre of the premise of sustainable development of tourism.3. The results show that the Zhou village tourism resource endowment of the ancient commercial city as a whole, belonging to the upper level, second tourist resources in 77% per cent of the overall number, indicating the zhoucun ancient commercial city tourism development goals to achieve even more powerful, should also build on the resources protection, market-oriented, exploitation form more unique selling points and broader attraction of tourism products.更多还原
