【摘要】 随着排球技战术的飞速发展,进攻技战术呈现出多样性和复杂性。副攻队员任务并未发生大的变化,快攻,拦网仍然是副攻队员的首要任务。在进攻过程中,副攻队员不但要以各种快、变、活等进攻手段撕开对方的防线,同时还要为其他进攻队员创造进攻机会,分散对方防守的注意力。所以说副攻队员是战术进攻的核心。同时,副攻队员还要在防守过程中,组织和参与拦网,限制对方的进攻。所以副攻在攻防两端都是不可或缺的核心人物。因此本文通过对我国高水平男排副攻队员的进攻效果和进攻结构进行全面的分析,探究其深层次,对我国高水平男排副攻队员整体水平有一个正确评价,为提高我国高水平男排副攻队员整体水平做一定的参考和建议。本文以2009年全国第十一届运动会男子排球比赛前八名队伍副攻队员在第二阶段的十二场比赛中的表现为研究对象。采取文献资料法,比赛录像观察法,数理统计法,逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国高水平男排副攻队员进攻结构和效果进行分析并得出以下结论和建议。1.在拦网过程中,我国高水平男排副攻队员对对方主攻进攻的拦网效果较好,但是对对手快球的拦网效果比较差。同时,我国高水平男排副攻队员单人拦网效果较好,但是同其他拦网队员配合的集体拦网效果较差。2.我国高水平男排副攻队员在快球进攻过程中,以近体快和短平快为主。在二号位进攻时,战术较为单一。3.我国高水平男排副攻队员扣球得分能力较差,成功率低。4.我国高水平男排副攻队员战术掩护缺乏创新,技战术打法变化不丰富,掩护其他队员进攻效果不好。建议：1.提高我国高水平男排副攻队员整体水平,多培养优秀的副攻队员。2.训练中应重点提高副攻队员与其他防守队员的配合能力。3.增强我国高水平男排副攻队员技术的全面性,争取向全能型方向发展。4.提高我国高水平男排副攻队员的扣球得分能力,尤其要培养扣球的“一锤定音”能力。更多还原
