基于ARM嵌入式系统及图像处理的印版检测系统

【摘要】 进几年来,印刷行业正在向一个崭新的领域发展,目前的发展趋势为向小批量、多品种和高质量的方向发展。而随着印刷机印刷速度的不断加快,在印刷过程中,如过不采用一定的技术手段及时发现并排除故障,就意味着将生产出大量的废品和次品,因此,这套质量检测系统是伴随着人们对印刷质量要求的发展应运而生的。国外在印刷质量检测这方面已经进行了大量的研究,并形成了一定的体系及规模。但是,我国的印刷机制与国外的是有着明显的区别的,他们的质量检测产品不适应我国印刷材料和印刷机器的不稳定性这种情况的印刷质量检测。随着近几年的使用情况得知,由于地域条件和人文素质的不同,使得我国引入的国外的印品质量检测系统不能最大程度地发挥应有的优势,由此导致我国的印刷行业在很大程度上跟不上国外水平。因此,针对我们的具体条件和现有的各种相关技术的发展水平,开发出更高效、更高质量、更能适应我国的印刷水平和印刷机器的的印刷品质量检测系统,是我国印刷行业的重任!本文构建了基于ARM芯片的嵌入式LINUX操作系统,用嵌入式CMOS图像采集(OV511+OV7620)芯片的USB摄像头作为图像采集设备。再利用当前流行的数字图像处理技术解决印版图像的分割以及图形分析的处理,完成图像分析后,进行印版网点面积率的计算,最终实现印版网点密度的检测的功能。基于嵌入式的印刷密度检测系统将使得印刷过程中的密度检测数字化、自动化、系统化,为进一步提高印刷质量提供了保证。本课题集中研究印刷质量检测中的印刷密度检测问题。对嵌入式印刷密度检测系统进行探索,以及对该系统进行模型设计及实现,为进一步实现印刷质量检测做好准备。
【Abstract】 In recent years, the printing industry is a new area to development, the development trend of the small volume, variety and quality direction. Users of print products with increasingly stringent quality requirements, followed by the printing quality inspection technology research and system development, have become a hot topic of international trade. Printing quality testing technology is not only the quality of the data of the printing and the printing industry a solid foundation for standardized, and the automatic control of the printing technology is also necessary to follow through the processing chain. Especially into the past few years, with the acceleration of the printing press in the printing process, such as over use of certain techniques do not detect and eliminate faults, it means that will produce large amounts of waste and defects, therefore, quality inspection system is a set of people associated with the development of the printing quality requirements came into being.In this area there has been a substantial amount of research abroad. But their products do not suited our printing materials and printing machines cause of the uncertainty of the printing quality. Due to geographical conditions and different quality of the humanities, making foreign goods quality inspection system imported to China cannot be to maximize the advantages of the printing industry, and our country cannot keep up the level of foreign countries. Therefore, for our specific conditions and the existing level of development of related technologies to develop more efficient and higher-quality print quality inspection system is the responsibility of China’s printing industry!In this paper, we make a research about the Design and Implementation of the print density detection methods based on ARM embedded system. And to build chips based on ARM embedded LINUX operating system. Use embedded CMOS image acquisition (OV511 + OV7620) camera chip USB as the image acquisition equipment to achieve image acquisition function and digital image processing technology to solve block-image segmentation and other processing in order to carry out the calculation of the rate of dot area, and reach the realization of the print density detection. Printing based on embedded systems density detection will enable the printing process of testing the density of digitization, automation, systematic, in order to further improve the printing quality guaranteed. Focus on the issue of printing quality printing density detection. Detection of the printing density of embedded systems to explore, as well as the model of the system design and implementation, in order to further prepare the printing quality.The main works in this thesis are:1. Demand for research and needs analysis: After a lot of books and information access and in-depth site visits printing, print quality inspection system on the demand and needs analysis research, and the system’s technical and economic feasibility of a comprehensive analysis, while print quality detection and processing aspects of research and business processes, and make requirements specification.2. Technology and algorithm description: As the system a lot of technical professionals for non-image is very strange, so the main thesis of the image detection techniques have been described and analyzed. Including image segmentation, binary image of the two methods. The system algorithms involved in grayscale image processing algorithms, image binarization algorithm.3. Design: According to the technical characteristics of RAM, the system was constructed based on ARM chip embedded LINUX operating system, with embedded CMOS image acquisition (OV511 + OV7620) camera chip USB device as an image capture of image acquisition. Re-use digital image processing technology to solve the printed version of the image segmentation (binarization), and other processing to the printed version of the calculation of dot area, dot density of the plate to achieve the function of detection.4. Systems analysis, summary and outlook: the speed of the system and database security analysis, summary of existing work, and the future work of the vision.
